Chasing the squad that my mother assigned to protect me was a breeze. Just showing them a fraction of my ferocious side made the bunch whimper in fear. Now I needed a plan. Not only to reconciliate with Raya, but also to protect my people. If she actually succeeds in collecting all of the gem pieces and annihilate the Druun, I would have to do something so that my people are in no way blamed for the tragedy that happened 6 years ago, the tragedy ... that was caused ... by me. If I help her collect the gem pieces perhaps my people could be spared ? I can potentially be viewed as one of the heroes that saved kumandra thus minimize the damage inflicted to Fang. Maybe my cooperation could be viewed positively hence our salvation ? Do I negotiate fang's gem over my people's safety ? I bet she would be furious.. she hates me still, so this would only fuel her anger.. heck ! I am angry with myself for having such brazen thoughts ! Approaching Raya with ulterior motives and twisted, manipulative thoughts irks me to no ends. This outrageous fury that tussles inside of me shows no sign of perishing. I have no minute to spare as I am racing against time, and this dilemma is not resolving itself anytime soon. No amount of thinking would lead me anywhere if I don't rush after them. "FUCK !" I growled while punching the wall. I also kicked a miserable little rock out of its existence for good measure, then I hopped onto my Serlot and headed to talon. 

Fortunately, spotting Raya was a piece of cake. As the girl made a scene trying to get a hold of her gems stolen by a toddler pick pocketer and her monkey gang. I ended up joining the chase. These little monsters are so bouncy and swift that I swear they slipped out of my grasp at least a couple of times ! Running through the crowd, sweaty and out of breath I was getting annoyed with this mindless chase, so I took a U turn and caught the kid by the pants. "children shouldn't be stealing ! Now hand me these gems"  I screamed at the child snatching the gems from their tiny hands. "Now off you go." I said while pushing her gently. As I turned around I got startled by Raya that was right behind me all damp catching her erratic breaths. With firm steps she approached the child , snagged the gems from my grip in the process and said while poking the tip of their baby nose :"Using your baby charms to rip people off.. is super sketchy ! Alright ... where is your family ?" the child was probably hurt as they showed great displeasure and then walked away. The tiniest monkey stayed behind to stage the child's misfortune when they lost their family to the Druun."Oh ... great ..." Was what she managed to utter. Feeling bad for the Child her mouth curled in a sad pout, then suddenly she turned towards me as she remembered my existence.  Hazelnut eyes fixated on me in a fierce gaze, that could pierce with its daggers, she said : "You stay right there ! and don't you dare move ! ill be right back ! we'll have a lot to talk about !" she ran to the child and said something along the lines of earning honest keep, i was too far away to discern what she said exactly. 

In spite all of my efforts to seem trustworthy, I somehow managed to create a misunderstanding. So to avoid all suspicion I decided to wait in the market. During the process of 'staying put' a purple floof flew right across my field of vision.. I blinked once, blinked twice, and then it hit me ! Sisu ! she looked troubled as the villagers were surrounding her. Right when i decided to step in an old granny beat me to it. she was nice to her , too nice I would say to the point it looked suspicious. However due to her naivete, for a lack of better terms, Sisu was oblivious to it all. I opted for the watch from a close distance choice, as I couldn't wait for Raya's return. We arrived in front a giant gate were the granny threw Sisu to the Druun in an attempt to get the gem pieces. "Now you're going to tell me were I can find those other dragon's gem pieces or I will have to leave you outside with THAT THING. take your pick." She threatened. Feeling betrayed Sisu managed to mumble in disbelief :"But I trusted you ..." her voice was shaky and almost inaudible. inside the grasp of the aged wrinkly hand of talon's chief  the dazzling rock shined brightly. She replied with a smirk "Big mistake.". In a hurry I leaped and knocked the haggard witch down. "No YOU did the mistake!" the gem flew right over my head and landed on my palm. with my Serlot I rushed to Sisu's side handed her the gem that gave her the ability to make fog which veiled our escape. in the distance we saw Raya rushing to our location on top of Tuktuk. with her hand she waved and shouted : "Over here! This way !". We followed her onto the boat where the baby gang was already there "thanks for the new costumers!" Said Boon. "Yeah I sorta promised to get them all the food they would need." Raya chuckled. "well we're stuck with them for a while cause Ongis have 9 stomachs." Added Boon dumbfounded. "Oh boy.." she replied with a hint of exasperation, then turned to face me and said in a stern voice "We need to talk". I gulped, nodded and followed her to the back of the boat.

took me a long time to get this chapter out due to the fact that i had no idea how to continue the story hhh but im happy its finally done ! :D i want to thank all of you that support this story of mine ! especially those who put it on their lists! it makes me super happy !and the couple of people that liked my chapter im very grateful <3 i hope all of u have a wonderful day !
