"So before i forget can i have your number... so we can keep in touch!" He smiles. I can smell how nervous he is.
"Sure!" I smile we trade phones.
"Thanks!" he smiles when i hand him back his phone.
"See you around?" I ask.
"See you around!" He smiles. I like this Brett guy. Not only because he gave me some of his cookies but because he is really sweet and kind and... ugh! He is just so adorable! I pick up my books and head to class. As soon as i walk in my teacher sighs.
"Welcome with a smile miss! Its more professional!" I spit.
"Are we going to have another problem today?" She asks.
"Of course we are miss!" I smile sarcastically at her. Stiles walks in the door and i pick up my books and go to walk out.
"Miss McCall! Take a seat!" She says.
"Well if you insist!" I shrug my shoulders, pick up a seat and walk out of the classroom. I walk to the principles office.
"Beth! Class barely even started! This is a record!" He says and looks me up and down. "A seat?" He asks.
"Yeah she told me to take a seat so i did." I laugh.
"Beth!" He says.
"Yeah i think id like to make an appointment with the school councillor!" I say.
"Why are you here so often?" He asks.
"Because!" I shrug.
"Beth!" He says.
"Call her little tike!! She answers to that better!" Derek says.
"And you are?" My principal asks.
"Miguel! He's my cousin... Miguel!" I say.
"Yeah i came to pick her up!" Derek says.
"And Scott?" He asks.
"No Beth actually called me and told me she was feeling sick so i came to pick her up!" Derek says.
"Oh okay!" He nods and me and Derek walk out. As soon as we leave the school Derek hits me in the back of the head.
"You gave someone your phone!" He hisses.
"Oh my god! Stalker!" I shove him.
"Beth!" He says.
"Okay he was a really nice guy and i actually felt happy talking to him. Happy like i was before Stiles got possessed!" I say to him.
"Your still not over Void?" He asks.
"Derek maybe one day ill get over him. But i really liked this guy! He was so sweet and he gave me some of his cookies!" I say and hop into his car.
"Beth we cant risk you getting hurt again!" Derek sighs.
"What? Ill be fine!" I say.
"Are you sure?" He asks.
"No but how will i know if you guys continue to sheild me from everything?" I ask. Derek shrugs and drives me home.
"Hows Erica?" I ask.
"Shes fine. She wants to go find a new pack!" He says.
"Tell her to join my brothers. Everyone else seems to be doing it!" I grunt.
"Why dont you join it?" He asks.
"You know the way there was a full alpha pack?" I ask.
"Yeah?" He asks.
