Chapter 4

I let out a groan of annoyance. He wants me to fight him. Fuck sake. Ill have to practice. I need to. I walk out of the library and see the dent in the ground. I sigh and go back to the pitch. I sit down on the bleachers and wait for Brett to finnish training. I dont know what we are... me and Brett.

I like him and he obviously likes me. He kissed me. Are we dating? Im so confused. I dont want to ask but i also want to know.

"Hey!" I am dragged from my thoughts. I look around and Allison has sat beside me. "I never properly thanked you for saving me." She says.

"Oh you dont have to. I know Scott and Issac would have been heartbroken if you died and plus we are friends so you dont have to say anything about it!" I ramble on.

"Well im not the only one who is thankful!" She smiles.

"You must be Bethany!" Chris Argent says. "I never properly introduced myself!"

"Oh you have!" I say and slide away.

"Beth he doesnt hunt warewolves anymore!" Allison laughs.

"Wait you seen me?" He asks.

"Not only did i see you. You shot me a few times!" I say and look him up and down trying to see if i can find any guns.

"Dont worry i dont have any guns on me!" He laughs.

"Your hunter friends broke my alphas car!" I say.

"I know and im sorry." He says. "I came to thank you for saving my daughter!" He says.

"Didnt do it for you!" I say.

"I know. But im thankful!" He says. I stand up and stare up at him. I glow my blue eyes and smile. I hold out my hand for him to shake it. He just stares at my eyes for a while.

"You want to know who i killed? So do i! Now shake my hand!" I laugh. He shakes his head and grabs my hand. Allison smiles with delight.

"You dont know who you killed?" He asks.

"Yeah. Derek wont tell me either!" I laugh.

"How do you not remember?" Allison asks.

"It happened when i first became a beta. Full moon. I broke free and blacked out. The only thing i remember is someone screaming!" I say. I sit back down and continue to watch.

"Im sorry about your mom!" I say to Allison. "I never got a chance to say it to you." She nods and Argent sits beside her.

"So what are you doing here?" She asks. "I thought you and Stiles broke up!"

"Oh im here for someone else!" I smile lightly. 

"Spill!" She smiles.

"Brett Talbot. He is on the other team. I met him afew days ago. He is the sweetest!" I smile and look up at Allison and she is looking around the pitch.

"Which one is he?" She asks. I look around.

"See the really cute one!" I point to him.

"Wow. He's cute!" She laughs.

"I know! Isnt he? I spent the last few days hanging out with him!" I smile.

"Are you dating?" She asks. Then i see him focusing his hearing.

"Stop listening to us!" I laugh and i listen as he bursts into laughter.

"He was listening?" She asks.

"Yeah!" I laugh.

"So are you guys dating though?" She asks.

"I dont know." I roll my shoulders.
