Chapter 5; Jealousy

Mgk: Nessa come down here please

I groan climbing out of my comfortable bed. I slide on my slides and walk down.

N: what's up

M: we need you to get dressed

N:why?

They look at each other before my dad looks at me.

Mgk: were having dinner with the Hossler's

I nod and go up stares. You see it's been four months and I sort of have feelings for him. Crazy right.

I go through my closet before pulling out a outfit (of your choice). I go to my bathroom and straighten my hair and do my makeup.
I throw on my doc martens and head down.

N: I'm ready

I hop in my car while mom and dad hop in theirs. Dad pulls into the road making me follow him.

I turn on the radio and start to hum to the song. We soon pull up to a nice house and I hop out. Dad knocks on the door and Jaden opens it

J: hey guys come in

I smile at him which he returns. only it doesn't last long.

Mds: babe have you seen my phone

A girl goes over holding onto his bicep. Jaden breaks the eye contact looking back at her

J: Uh no I haven't Mads

Mads nods kissing his lips before walking away. Jaden looks stunned before he walks towards me smiling like nothing happened
I feel like my heart split into a million pieces.

J: hey ness

I smile biting my tongue

He goes to speak but I walk away. I hear laughter in a room and head towards it. I see my mom and dad laughing with Jaden's parents I assume.

I sigh walking towards them

M: ness come here

I walk over and smile

M:this is Nessa

A: so your the girl Jaden's been speaking so much about

I blush

N: it's nice to meet you Mrs hossler

A: please call me Amy

I nod. We get to know each other along with her husband, John. I finally am able to leave the conversation.

Which was a horrible idea

Because I feel an arm pull me outside.

J: what's up with you.

N: nothing.

J: I know that's a damn lie. Your dodging me.

I scoff

N: no I'm not Jaden. Now go I think your girlfriend's calling you.

J: so that's what this is about. You dodge me bc of her.

I shake my head.

N: no I'm not

He scoffs

I roll my eyes
