"Hey Dad?" Palette swam over to Ink, followed by his two younger brothers, Blueprint and Jovial. "Yeah Palette?" Ink asked. "How did You, Papa, and Daddy meet?" He asked. "Oh you really wanna know?" Ink raised a 'brow'. The three boys nodded. "Alright then, Heres the story..."

"It was 'Hallows Eve'
Or whatever the leggeds call it

Dream decided to throw one of those... partys? Yeah that sounds right. I had only interacted with Dream once and hadn't met Blue till then, Anyways... what was I saying?- Oh Yeah!

Dream, Me, & Blue were hanging out when we decided to separate from the party, and went to the surface to see what the leggeds did.

Two leggeds were dancing and singing-"

"What Were They Singing?" Blueprint asked cutting Ink off

"Put down my backpack and take off my shoes
The journey was good but your knees are still bruised
Oyster pearl eyes and cobwebs for hair
You're a shadow with nobody there

And the harvest moon, shimmering, melted in two
And poured silver rain into the stream
Where i crossed on the bridge made of stars gently smiling
As the universe loosened its seams..."

The three boys looked amazed at how good their dad could sing

"Oh the bells sing, for the 31st night they ring
Leading the way
Through cobbled street paths everwinding
To the hallows eve masquerade..."

Blue & Dream swam by at the right moment. Blue chimed in.

"The lamplights they flicker and twinkle with glee
Pink bunting swayed in the sigh of the sea
You found your way lit by small paper lanterns
That fluttered their way back to me

Through the market place, buzzing with spectres and ghouls
Sipping sweet apple wine making merry
You remembered my face, gave an empty embrace
While we lingered away in a dream..."

Dream continued after Blue

"Oh the night grieves, as we dance in the falling leaves
Spinning away
On our little paved roads intertwining
At the hallows eve masquerade

As the day breaks and I burst into sunshine rays
A dazzling blaze
Don't weep like the sky cause you'll find me
At the hallows eve masquerade..."

All three sang the last part softly

"And i'll be the creak in your door
To bid you a hallows day"

The boys clapped for their parents with the occasional "That was awesome" or "So Cool!" And stuff like that.

It had also seemed like the boys forgot their original question but it didn't matter as after the three saw the leggeds singing they danced with each other and kissed.

Sorry it took forever, I was trying to figure out what to do with it, but now its finished and I'm happy with the result :)
