Gojo had settled in comfortably to his new temporary home, planning to go shopping the next day. It was rather spacious as it would usually accommodate a team of to-be hunters from what he had been told. The room was in a more secluded area, away from the prying eyes of students. Huh, speaking of students, maybe I should visit that one girl... What was her name again? Ah yes, Ruby, a ball of energy just ready to burst. He was bound to run into her at some point.

Turning towards his newly acquired scroll, he realized it was getting quite late. I suppose I should sleep if I'm planning to go on a shopping spree tomorrow... Flicking the lights off, he slept slightly uncomfortably in his sorcerer uniform, blindfold still on. His mind was overflowing with the thoughts and memories of the day in this newfound world.

What a strange yet beautiful place.

--

Night turned to day, as the light seeped in through the curtains, particles floating in the warm glow. He must've slept in by quite a lot, seeing that the sun was about to start setting. Timezones, probably. Guess I won't go shopping after all. Sliding his scroll into his pockets, he prepared to head out. Hopefully with the help of his new map, he could surely find his way around the academy, right?

Well, yes, but he might've gotten a bit distracted.

"And quite frankly, I deserve better. Ozpin made a mistake."

It's her! But what just happened? Ruby turned around only to face Ozpin, the man in question.

"Hmm. Now that didn't seem to go very well."

She was startled at first, before looking up meekly with saddened eyes.

"Is she right? Did you make a mistake?"

"That remains to be seen."

He continued eavesdropping, but just as he was about to leave to satisfy the needs of his stomach, it rumbled. Rather loudly, too. This garnered the immediate attention of Ozpin and Ruby. Gojo stopped his silent steps, and turned to face them.

"I was just about to leave, pretend you never saw me."

"You're the cool hu- I mean, not-hunter guy!"

Ruby's eyes weren't as dim as before now, looking towards him with enthusiasm. Ozpin's face remained calm, looking towards him as his eyes widened for a moment, remembering something.

"Ah, Mr Gojo, a small request. Please meet me in my office after you have had the chance to eat."

"Gotcha."

He spoke in response, before turning to Ruby. She reminds me of Yuuji. What a funny world.

"A word of advice for you. You've been chosen to be a leader, right? It may have been given to you, but you also have to prove you deserve it. It's not just any other role, you have more responsibilities, you have a team to lead. So go prove to your teammates you can play that role."

Gojo ended with a small grin. She nodded understandingly, as she looked to Weiss, arms crossed, looking towards the horizon. Ozpin observed the brief encounter with interest.

"Anyways! I'll be seeing you around but for now I think the cafeteria is calling for me!"

He blurred before disappearing. Ruby's eyes sparkled in awe, as Ozpin could only look in curiosity and concern.

--

Finally finishing his meal, he started to make his way to Ozpin's office, walking down the ornated hallways. Just as he turned a corner, however, he bumped into a black haired girl with a bowtie on her head, whom he assumed was a student.
