JuHaknyeon ;; Soulmate

The young adult scanned the area meticulously , making sure no one was in sight. His gloved hands worked effortlessly , opening the locker door. A small smirk formed on his lips , pushing open the door.

They seriously needed to improve their security.

He understood that at least a minimum security should have been there but then who would have expected them to steal the jewels in broad daylight and that during a party.

" Have you reached the safe "a voice spoke in his ear piece as Haknyeon hummed ''I see the safe ". haknyeon casually punched in the code sangyeon had given him earlier. His eyes shining seeing the jewels glittering in front of him.

Replacing the jewels , he walked out as if no one had ever come in. An uneasy feeling settled in him as his eyes darted around nervously , why was he getting so worked up. He was the only one in this corridor .A part of him was saying walk back , someone wanted you there.

The sound of something falling behind him caught him by surprise. Turning around , he came face to face with a girl who was wearing an expensive dress , and hakyeon's hands automatically went to the gun. For how long they stared at each other . haknyeon wasn't aware , it was almost like time had stopped for them.

Haknyeon opened his mouth to say something before realising , she was a witness. His hands grazed over his gun but his mind screamed don't do it , a change for the usual male who wouldn't even rethink his decisions.

The girl's eyes widened " don't kill me! Take the other door , they are waiting for you there ". with that she looked around terrified and scurried away leaving the male confused.

For some reason , he listened to what that girl said , slipping out through the other door. As he opened the door he heard sangyeon screaming in his ear " DON'T GO OUT THAT WAY ".

" I took another door hyung , im out now''. he murmured quickly walking away as the alarms rang behind him in the building.

A car pulled up in front of him , as haknyeon entered the car , a small smile on his face which hyunjae deemed was because he was happy since the mission was successful. If only he knew.

If haknyeon was affected , he was intrigued by the girl he had seen that day. Everytime he closed his eyes , still shots about her came into his mind. She was gorgeous. A small doubt entered his mind , he couldn't have fallen in love with a girl who he barely even knew.

If the others hadn't noticed the slump haknyeon was going through , they could see it. He always had a lost look on his face , he was there physically but not mentally and whenever they asked him , he would dismiss it and walk away.

" you know jacob ". his soulmate, Jess slowly said '' hak gives me another vibes ' '. The others looked at her curiously. ''He reminds me of you Cobie , when you were in love , I have a guess , he's in love or has seen his soulmate ".

" In another word , haknyeon has met his soulmate and is experiencing the bonding signs , problem i bet he only saw her for his mission ".

" y/n are you okay ?". Your best friend asked as you massaged your head , you hummed and smiled at her " probably because i didn't drink my coffee ".she nodded as you closed your eyes , that wasn't entirely true. This started ever since you saw that man at the Event.

You had never seen him in your life but he would never leave your mind.His brown hair with blond highlights , the way his eyes shined but who was he? You knew there was some sort of connection between you too and it didn't take a wild guess that he could possibly be your soulmate.

" Did you hear about the news ?". You overheard a few students talking about something which got your attention.

" Hmm , The Stealers , they stole the gems , I heard one of them was supposed to be caught if someone hadn't warned him ".

Your eyes widened , what they said absolutely was identical to what you had done at the party. No way , that guy was your soulmate and part of the Infamous Stealers.

How could I find them ?

" If they went after the emerald , the next would be Sapphire, " the girls continued. " I heard my dad say , first it was the ruby , now the emerald and the last being sapphire."

A small smile formed on your lips , maybe finding him was after all not that difficult.

" THANK YOU DAD ". you smiled to your dad who shrugged " do whatever you want kid "

And walked away leaving you with an invitation to the Gala. it was a risk you were taking , he could be there that day or not even be there. You made that deduction after seeing all the news , and the theft only happened whenever an event was held.

You rolled on your bed , at least maybe you could reduce the pounding headache. You would have no idea how much your life would change after meeting him.

" never thought you would like such events ". your driver said as he pulled up. Your eyes met his and smiled slightly " felt like socialising''. he laughed and complimented " you look beautiful Young Lady ".

Chuckling , you walked towards the gala. Before entering you wore your mask , as you walked inside , your dark eyes looked around hoping you would find a familiar hairstyle. You captured attention as you walked in. Of course , among the ladies dorn in dark tones , a white dress would set you apart.

You accepted a glass of wine , sipping it as you leaned back on a chair. As an hour passed , you wondered if he wouldn't come up. Or was he here? Searching for you like you were doing.

And true to your words , Juhaknyeon was searching for you.
