Albedos pov
Kaeya came in everyday a bit early to help out around the place everyday Klee loved him as well as Qiqi she never left his side when she was around I would have to wait outside the washroom for him with her since she would freak out if I didn't sometimes Kaeya would flirt with me I couldn't tell if it was a joke or not anymore I would catch him staring at me a lot I thought he knew I was dating Sucrose but I guess not
I was sitting at my desk on my phone when I saw that it was gonna rain later I sighed and looked up "Kaeya come here" He came over holding Qiqi he was poking her cheek she was leaning on him I put my phone down "Want a ride home after it's gonna rain" He looked at me then smiled "Sure thank you" I just went back onto my phone saying nothing else Klee came over to me and climbed into my lap I looked at her "Klee what are you doing?" I put my phone down "Sitting on your lap duhhh" I sighed and played with her hair a bit me and her sat at home and talked about her problems she told me that she hated Sucrose because I would ignore her I stopped doing that but she still hated Sucrose Teucer ran over to me and ask if Sucrose was coming over again I picked up my phone Klee got up walking over to Kaeya
Kaeyas pov
While we were sending the kids home with their parents it started to rain really hard I was holding Qiqi waiting for her dad she was shivering I put her down and took off my jacket I picked her up and covered her
When her dad came I gave her my jacket after that Albedo came over to me and patted my arm "Ready?" I nodded Klee grabbed my hand she brought me to the car I got her in quickly then I got in Albedo started the car I told him where I lived
Half way through he brought up Sucrose then he dropped the bomb "Kaeya I know you like me and I don't like it at all it weirds me out" I looked at him then away "I don't.. um I'm sorry" He laughed a bit "Just stop it's gross" I felt a pain in my chest "Drop me off here please.." He pulled over and looked at me "We aren't even here" I got out and smiled "It's okay.. I can walk thank you" I shut the door he drove off I stood there warm tears rolling down my face that hurt a lot I was soaked I started to walk home I opened the door seeing my friend Childe he normally let himself in I gave him a house key he got up and ran over to me "What's wrong?!" He grabbed a towel and started to dry my hair I put my face in his shoulder and closed my eyes he hugged me leaving the towel on my head "Let me run you a bath" I didn't say anything he walked into the washroom running a bath I sat on the floor hugging my legs "Want me to order food..?" I looked at him "I'm not hungry" He sighed and walked over to me "Come on you must be hungry"
He ended up getting food we sat on the couch and talked while we ate I told him everything that happened he was very nice and just listened there was a knock on the door I got up and opened it Qiqis dad was standing there "Here I brought your coat over sorry I asked Albedo where you lived" I smiled a bit and took it "Thank you" Qiqi popped out from behind him I looked at her "Hi Qiqi" She hugged me I picked her up "Kaeya.. have you been crying?" She looked at me hugging me tightly "I'm okay" Her dad ruffled my hair "Are you sure you're okay? I can leave Qiqi with you for a bit to comfort you" I hugged her and nodded "Can you please..?" He smiled and nodded "Of course I'll give you my phone number I'll text you when I'm going to pick her up" I walked inside grabbing my phone Childe looked at me confused I just walked over to the door and gave him my phone
A bit later I was laying on the couch Qiqi was playing games on Childes phone my head was on one of his thighs with Qiqi sat on his other my eyes hurt a lot from crying I felt hot like a fever but honestly I didn't care Childe called into work for me saying I was going to take a break I didn't know for how long but I needed one
Qiqi came over a lot on the weekends when her dad had work it was nice I was still taking my break from work I was planning on going back at the end of the month Childe came over a lot as well to take care of me and to just stay over I wasn't as happy as I was before I barely slept I was overthinking a lot at night I was scared to go back to work I loved it there but I didn't wanna see Albedo again what he said to me really hurt but I missed everyone
I walked into work and Qiqi ran over to me I picked her up Klee looked at me then ran over I picked her up as well she hugged me tightly "I'm sorry" She whispered as everyone came running over to me I started to talk to them
I put Klee down as Albedo came over he felt my forehead I moved his hand away "Don't touch me" I walked away and went to go sit with some of the kids who were coloring Qiqi looked at me "He hurt you..?" I just put my face in her shoulder she hugged me someone patted my arm I looked over seeing Klee she looked like she was about to cry "What's wrong?" I got up and brought her somewhere else in the classroom "I-I'm sorry he hurt you" She started to cry I sighed and picked her up taking her into the hallway "It's okay I'm fine.. I'm sorry I took such a long break away from you" She hugged me tightly
