Oh my god, now looking back at what Kaeya says, if you get more deeper into the game's storyline, you'll understand what he means more closely.

"Now concentrate. See yourself grasping the wind. Harness its energy."

Lumine obeyed the voice as she harnessed the energy. The traveler completely ignored Paimon's words and she continued to attack Stormterror as he roared in pain, feeling the magic injuring him. Lumine kept her sharp eyes upon the dragon as she followed him at every angle he flew. Despite his futile attempts of throwing her off she still manages to get a hit on him even if he was flying upside down.

As she hit him with a spell for the last time he gave a big roar causing Lumine to cover herself closing her eyes from the wind blowing against her delicate face. Stormterror then flew up in the sky and eventually escaped the scene as Lumine opened her eyes watching the creature fly away from the city it once protected. The young girl flew back down near the statue as Amber ran towards her panting grabbing a hold of both her arms asking,

"A-Are you hurt?" She manages to say as Lumine shook her head making a noise to indicate that she was perfectly okay as [name] ran towards them worried for Lumine's safety. The three then looked to their right as a man walked towards them clapping.

Lumine could take a grasp of the man's appearance. The man had a tan complexion with a beautiful periwinkle eye. He had long lashes framing his intricate eye with an eyepatch covering the other. He seemed to have a slim body with a very beautiful outfit that fitted him quite well. For his outfit, he adorned a white collared shirt that showed his cleavage with sleeves that had dark blue folded cuffs and the sleeves were at forearm-length. On top of his collared shirt, he wears what seems to be a light blue vest or jacket with a cape with fur along its collar. His legs were wrapped in tight-fitted horse riding pants that seemed to catch every curve of his legs with knee-length boots adorned on his feet. What stood out to her the most was his hair. His hair was a navy-blue color with streaks of a lighter blue, worn in a long ponytail that was often kept to his right side. He had a lengthy fringe that could've hidden a plain black eyepatch to hide his right eye. At the top of his pants, was a loose brown belt that held a small circular shape with two wings protruding out of its opposite sides. In the middle of the circular shape showed a snowflake.

After she took note of his appearance she noticed he stopped clapping thus giving him her attention.

"You've actually got the power to go up against a dragon, are you a new ally? ... or a new storm?"

He asked as he continued to stare at Lumine, in the way his eyes shone. It was clear to [name] that he was interested in the traveler from another world.

"Stormterror... is attacking Mondstadt itself!"

''I hate to be rude Amber but, I am pretty sure that's obvious.''

[name] thought as they stared at the brunette with their right hand on their hip with a dull expression.

"Kaeya, Lumine, [name], you've come at the right time. We must..."

Amber started to say until Kaeya interrupted,

"Hold on Amber, are you perhaps forgetting to introduce us?"

"Oh... right. This is Kaeya, our Cavalry Captain."

[name] simply waved along with Lumine as he stared at the two, eyeing them up and down.

"These two are travelers from afar, Lumine and Paimon."

''From afar? Is that all we know of them?'' Kaeya thought as he eyed Lumine and Paimon suspicious of the two travelers.

"Long story short..."

Amber started to speak as Kaeya turned his head towards the outrider to listen to what she had to say.

"I see. Welcome to Mondstadt --- though you haven't arrived at the best of times, I'm afraid." Kaeya said welcoming Lumine into the home of freedom.

"I understand the anguish of being separated from family." Kaeya said, placing a hand onto his chest to show that he understood the pain.

"I'm not really sure why you're looking for the anemo archon... but, everyone has their secrets, right?" Kaeya then gave out a small laugh and said, "Relax, I won't press you for more."

Lumine's shoulders slowly relaxed after hearing his words relieved that he wouldn't pry into her business of wanting to look for her brother after being separated from him with the unknown god.

"First and foremost, on behalf of the Knights of Favonius, I would like to extend our thanks to you for your help just now."

Kaeya placed a hand on his chest once again as he thanked Lumine for the help.

"Well, we couldn't just leave the situation to fester."

Lumine spoke with a smile on her face.

"Your fight to defend the city against the dragon just now was witnessed by no small number of citizens."

''I'm surprised they were even able to see Lumine up in the air especially because of how high she was.'' [name] thought as they continued to listen to the cavalry captain.

"The Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius is also very interested in meeting you, and formally invites you both to our headquarters." Kaeya adds on.

"Well, let's get going." Kaeya said before walking off in the direction to the headquarters as Lumine and [name] started to run after Kaeya with Amber and Paimon trailing behind.
