"What would happen if I just like inhaled a bunch of nail polish fumes?"
"You'd probably get high."
"And you know this how?"
"Why would you do that Kenma?" Shirabu asked as he finished putting the final coat of polish on Kenma's nails.
"In my defense it was Suna's idea, but only he did it." Shirabu shook his head before getting food for the two of them. He came back to Kenma's room with a bag of chips and then he turned on a movie.
"How did I not notice how obvious it was that he was going to turn into a frog before?"
"Probably cause you don't listen to lyrics."
"You right. I don't." After the movie was over Kenma and Shirabu hung out for a little bit before Shirabu had to leave.
"I'll call you later Kenma."
"You better. Bye." Shirabu soon arrived at Semi's apartment. Using the spare key he unlocked the door and walked inside to see the house a mess. There was red stuff everywhere in the kitchen and his stuff had been knocked out of his bags too. He walked to the bathroom and opened the door to see Tendou and Semi doing sfx make up on Ushijima.
"Why?" Shirabu asked completely done with Semi and Tendou's idiocity.
"Shira? When did you get here? And didn't I tell you to text me so i could pick you up?"
"I forgot about that and i just got back like two minutes ago. I wanna know two things. One, why is my shit all over the floor and two, why are you torturing Ushijima with your horrendous make up skills. Like c'mon, at least let me show you how it's done."
"Well, to answer your questions Tendou is the reason your stuff is everywhere and we got bored, so we made fake blood."
"Why are you two like this. Alright Semi we're gonna go clean up the kitchen and you, " he looked at Tendou, "are going to help get all of that stuff off Ushijima before it stains him." Shirabu walked put of the bathroom and started to put all of his stuff back in his bags. He walked into the kitchen where Semi was washing the counters. He grabbed the bowl that the "blood" was mixed in and started to wash it along with the other dishes that still needed washed.
As Shirabu finished rinsing the last dish he heard his phone ringing in the living room. Walking over he grabbed his phone off the table and saw that Tsukishima was calling him, so.je answered.
"Hey Tsukki."
"Hey Shirabu, are you busy right now?"
"Not really, just need to scold two idiots soon." Taukki laughed.
"Well before you do that I wanted to know what you plan to do about your living situation."
"What about it? I've already told you that once Yamaguchi is out of the hospital I'll go back home, so-"
"I was talking about your rent. Didn't Tadashi tell you?"
"Tell me what?"
"Last month he told me about how you guys weren't doing the best with money." That was true. Yamaguchi worked a part time job and sold his art online. Their rent wasn't that expensive and seemed a bit low to the two, so Shirabu didn't work a job since Yams didn't want him to stress himself out.
"I mean we've never been good money wise, but we've been fine, so I don't see what's wrong."
"Well, you see he said that he wasn't making enough to pay rent and that you would probably need to move out soon from not paying bills. I thought he already told you, but I guess not." Shirabu was shocked and confused. Why hadn't Yams told him? Shirabu could've easily found a part time job to help.
"Anyways," Tsukki continued, "I was going to ask if you wanted to move in with me and my family. Yamaguchi said he would and my parents would be happy to let you stay here." Shirabu didn't want to be burden to Tsukishima's family. He would feel bad for staying with them, but he also didn't know what he could do.
"Thank you. I'll think about it."
"No problem. Also before you go, don't worry about Tadashi's stuff I already started packing it and bringing back to my place and no you will not be helping. Take care of yourself okay?"
"Okay, I will. See you Monday." Then he hung up.
"What was that about?" Shirabu jumped hearing the sudden voice behind him. Shirabu turned around to look at him.
"Can you not sneak up on people like that Semi?" Semi pretended to think about it before replying, "Nope." He then sat down beside Shirabu.
"When Yams is out of his coma I'm going to murder him."
"And why might you do that?" Semi asked concerned.
"Well turns out for the past two months we've been doing really bad with money and can't pay rent anymore and Yamaguchi never told me. I could've gotten a job if he would've told me, but him being the caring idiot he is didn't want me be even more stressed out, so he didnt tell me. Tsukishima also said that if I wanted I could move in with him if I wanted, but then I would feel like a burden, but I don't know what else I could do."
"Come here," Semi wrapped his arms around the younger boy and to his suprise Shirabu didn't try to pull away,
"If you would rather I wouldn't mind you staying here.""Are you sure? Cause I wouldn't want to bother you at all."
"Why would you bother me? I mean I let you stay here for that one week when we recorded the songs and then I said you could stay after the incident with Yamaguchi,. why wouldn't I let you stay here?"
"I don't know and if you really don't care could I stay here?"
"Of course you can. Now, get back to your usual salty self while I go check on Tendou."
"They have been in there for a while haven't they. I hope you get traumatized when you go in there."
"Wow thanks, I really appreciate it."
"You're welcome."
