When WWE made its way to Kansas City, Missouri for Friday Night Smackdown, there was tension in Hale Arena.

In fact, the tension was so thick that you could cut it with a knife.

It all started as soon as Seth & Becky got there.

The first clue was seeing an angry Vince McMahon leave in his limo. That had the couple confused.

"I wonder what has the boss so upset," said Seth. Becky shrugged.

"I guess we'll find out soon," she said as she took his hand on hers & were off to their locker room.

They would find out once Smackdown got started.

As Seth was getting himself ready for his match against Big E, he noticed someone he didn't recognize walk by him.

"Who is he?" Seth thought as he watched a distinguished looking man in a dark suit grab a mic & get himself into position at the gorilla.

The man looked more like a businessman then a wrestler even though he looked like he was in great shape.

Then the man came out to music that Seth didn't know & walked out to the ring to cheers, which had Seth surprised

Then the man came out to music that Seth didn't know & walked out to the ring to cheers, which had Seth surprised.

Then it hit him.

"Holy shit, is this the new guy?" He thought as he watched the new guy entered the ring via the flat screen TV backstage.

Then the man spoke.

"Hello, WWE Universe!" He said. The crowd cheered in response.

"For those of you who don't know who I am, my name is Robert David Almas, & I am the new owner of WWE," he said. The crowd roared in approval.

Seth stood there stunned.

He, along with Becky & many others, knew that there had been rumors about Robert David Almas, a former Amazon executive, buying WWE, but because they had never met the man, they just assumed that the rumors were not true.

Until now.

Now Seth was faced with the fact that he & his wife were now going to possibly be working for the new owner of WWE.

That is, if Robert David Almas was a reasonable man.

Seth hoped to find out soon, but at the moment, he had a match to focus on with the man who had previously been Mr. Money in The Bank the year before.

As he got himself to go out there to compete against Big E, Seth saw Robert David Almas come up to him.

"Is it all right if we talk after your match?" asked Mr. Almas.

"Sure," said Seth who then heard his music start playing. He & Mr. Almas shook hands, & Seth then came out to a cheering crowd.

As the match progressed, Mr. Almas watched carefully as Becky walked up to him. She noticed him nodding.

He clearly liked what he saw.

Then he noticed her.

"Hello, Mrs. Lopez," he said politely.

"Hello to you, sir," she said.

"Your husband is very impressive, & I have watched your matches as well. You have impressed me as well," said Mr. Almas with a smile.

"Thank you, sir," said Becky.

"I want to reassure you of one thing. I will not change your one-on-one match against Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania," said Mr. Almas.

"Thank you, sir. I do appreciate it," said Becky who then shook his hand & turned her attention back to the TV to watch Seth's match against Big E, which ended when Big E finished him off with the Big Ending.

Once the match was over, Seth & Mr. Almas had their talk, which ended with Seth being reassured that his status with the company wasn't going to be affected. That made him feel better.

As Seth & Becky left the arena & headed home, they were unaware of other things that were happening.

Especially one really big thing.
