As the boys, minus Stan, got camp set up, Deery walked over to Tweek. She gently layed down in from of him. Tweek got the urge to pet her. He reached out to do so, but her sudden ear twitch startled him. She looked up at him curiously. He nervously smiled at her, to with she giggled and relaxed again. Damien noticed and walked over. He gently grabbed Tweeks hand and placed it on Deery's back near the neck. He then gently guided Tweek's hand down near her hips. He then lifted Tweek's hand and repeated that again before finally letting go, so he can pet her on his own.

Despite Kyle's hesitancy at first, due to his previous experiences, he was genuinely surprised by the critters hospitality. He started to believe because of Damien's existence, the critters no longer needed to be as violent as they once were. In fact, the critters didn't mind at all when they found out Craig was a Youth Pastor in training. However, they didn't take to kindly to Gary.

Porcupiney, who acted as a sort of motherly figure amongst the critters, scolded Gary for his behavior towards Damien. She punished Gary by making him do chores around the camp. Gary didn't mind, as he was used to basic earyday house hold chores. What he was not used to, on the other hand, was having to cut, skin, and cook animals Damien had caught for dinner. Mostly fish, ducks, and other game animals that were not the same species as the critters. In fact, Tweek was not used to seeing it either.

The first night, Damien had returned from the woods, soaked in blood. With him, he brought back a dead cow, that he noticed had escaped the local farm. When Tweek saw Damiens glowing red eyes and his body covered in blood that was his own, he let out the most heart breaking terrified scream. Craig was able to cal him down. So, ever since the first night in the woods, Craig would always cover Tweek's eyes so he wouldn't have to see it.

It had only been 3 days in the forest. 3 days, since Stan had left them. No one knew where the boys were. None of the boys knew if Stan made it home safe. All they wanted to know was, what the hell do Leslie and the other 2 ghosts want?
