I turned and saw Jessie laying next to me. Ugh, I was still at the beach. I called my dad and let him know I was coming home. It was 9:15am and I took in a breath of cool morning air. I had multiple messages from Leslie.

Where are you I want to go home.

Wait are you with Jessie? Ooo (;

Oh, who am I kidding you would never do anything lol call me soon.

Where are you I want to go home!

Im going home I hope your still alive, gn.

I laughed at her messages and contacted her letting her know I was okay and still at the beach. I reached over to Jessie and moved his arm. "Wake up sleeping beauty, we have to get home." I heard him groan and he cuddle up into a ball. I chuckled at him. I had a brilliant idea, I walked over to the water and picked some up running over to him and splashing it onto him. He yelled and picked his body up running towards a tilted palm tree. I laughed at his reaction and started towards him.

"Thats not funny man!" He said with a morning voice, and his hand up blocking the bright, shining sun.

"C'mon I want to go home." I said with a whiny voice. He grabbed my hand and we walked towards his car.

I walked into my room closing my door behind me. I placed my phone on my desk and collapsed on my bed, closing my eyes to relax. I just got back from Jessie's house, we watched 'Full House season 2' for a whole 2 hours and then went to the café.

I don't know why I felt so tired but I was slowly drifting away into a deep sleep. I usually took involuntary naps during my lazy days so it was ok. Suddenly my phone rings and I snap my eyes reaching over, I saw Leslies' name show up on the screen. I answered and my heart started to beat fast when I heard her crying. "Whoa Leslie calm down! Whats wrong?" I ask almost shouting into my phone. "its Broseph," she spits out between sobs, "he got hit by a car...Im at the hospital." My eyes widen and my heart beats even faster. "I'll be right there!" I yell running down the stairs, I grabbed my keys and ran out the door jumping into my car. I drived as fast as I could and got there in 10 minutes. I jumped out my car and ran towards the emergency room. I saw Jessie with his face burried into his hands and his hair all messed up, Leslie runs towards me as soon as she sees me. She hugs me and I hug her back tight, shes crying harder than I have ever seen her cry. She tries to explain what happened. Soon enough im crying and Jessie is trying to calm me down. My head hurts. My body...my heart. I dont care how cheesy that sounds. This isn't supposed to happen. He has to be okay, its only 3 more days until summer begins.

Leslie passed out on the couch, and I was leaning on Jessie who was slowly falling asleep. We were waiting for the doctors to let us see him, he was in critical condition.

Leslie told me what had happen: Her and Broseph were walking accross the street and he didnt look before crossing, a car was comming towards them at full speed and suddenly hit him. His body flew far from the car and his head crashed into the ground, his body was in a shape no humans body should be in, turned and twisted. The person stopped and drove him to the hospital.

It had been an hour and we haven't heard from Broseph. I heard someone rush in through the door yelling for Brosephs name. She had blue eyes, her hair was long and straight tumbling down her back. I recognized her, she was Brosephs sister...what was her name again? Oh yeah, Sara. Me and her never really talked, they were always small talks. I jogged towards her, my body still hurting. "Hey Sara, hes with the doctor still theyre trying to help him." Those words hurt me...he is 'trying' to help him. She started to sob even harder. "Tell me hes okay! What happened?!". I pulled her into a hug and tightened my arms around her trying to comfort her.

We explained everything, she calmed a little bit but tears were still flowing quickly from her delicate blue eyes.
