Not all stories have happy endings. Most people loose the one they love, or want go spend the rest of their lives with. Well this story is way different than people may think! Let's get to it!

Rowan. A skinny, brunette with Cancer. She came from a warm, kind, happy family. Her family consisted of her older brother, older sister, and her two parents. Rowan was best friends with three people. Newt, Flora, and Thomas. Yet she didn't get to stick around with her friends for very long. Rowan was sent to Canada for better treatment. She left when she was 4.

Thomas. A tall, muscular, brunette who comes from a perfect family. Nothing to brag about there. His family wasn't too rich, yet they had some money. He lived with his older brother, older sister, and younger sister. He met Newt in preschool and became best friends with him. Then the two met Flora and Rowan.

Flora. A tall, skinny, brunette who comes from a small happy family. She lives with her older brother, and younger sister. She's an upbeat kind of person. She met Rowan in the woods, and the two became the best of friends. Then they met Thomas and Newt.

Newt. A skinny, blond boy with a horrible limp. He doesn't have a stable home, but he makes the best of it. Newt lives with his older sister, and older brother. The boy tried to kill himself, when he was younger and suffers from a limp. Newt met Thomas, then, rowan, and then Flora.

The four became the best of friends, until Rowan got cancer. She was separated from her friends at the age of 4, and sent to Canada alone for treatment. They lost contact with each other for years.

Flora left New Mexico, when she was 10, for about three years before returning. Her parents got a job and they decided to move to California. Flora begged her parents to go back home, and they finally did.

Thomas and Newt stayed, making a pact never to leave each other unless completely necessary. Would the pact last? Or would it crumble at the last moment?
