𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐩. The user is able to create either a long or short whip made out of waterand is able to attack + wrap it around somebody.
𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲. The user is able to coat or/ able to transform their body entirely into water which makes them immune to physical attacks for a short duration of time.
𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐚 𝐣𝐞𝐭. The user is able to create/summon a strong, powerful jet of that can boost/attack
𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞 & 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝. The user is able to shape water into any form they want/like for instance it can command it to take a solid, firm shape.
Can make it look like a square, a triangle, a circle, whichever really. As for shields, they are able to create a protective bubble around them or/ others for a short duration amount of time.
𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇𝐒.
The user can control the water in her body and can do it to any kind of water.
Ocean water.
Tap water. Any really.
She's also able to breathe underneath water.
𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒.
Her quirk is useless if she's on dry land and there isn't any source of water at all around her.
She will not be able to rely on the water of her body, as it could lead to dehydration and parchment which would pose an extreme danger to her such as death since the human body must carry water.
Talking about dehydration, she always has to be hydrated and cooled to be able to use her quirk for a longer amount of time. So, drinking plenty of liquid and fluids is a must for her.
Extreme heat & cold are a problem for her, as they can also lead to dehydration.
Fatigue is another thing. Over-usage can take a lot out of her which will lead to the intensity of her power being weak and rather frail, thus not being able to make much damage to villains or even keep them at bay, or/ support her fellow confidants.
Speaking of support. It's actually more of a supportive quirk rather than offensive.
