"Rys, are you ready?" Kaitlin asks me as we got the front doors of the school. Am I ready? Am I ready? Am I ready? I look around the parking lot to see cars parked everywhere. Oh gosh there's a lot of people, oh gosh.
Am I over exaggerating? No, not at all. You can see the different types of groups. There are those cheerleaders, jocks, chess players, hippies, stoners, pretty boys, etc. I can't help but think 'Cliché' very cliche. I wonder if I'll make any friends here, other than Kaitlin. I wonder if she'll ditch me for better people. I know I'm not that cool. I know I'm not liked. I'm tomboyish and weird. Yes, I wear the cutest clothing but I love football and penny boarding.
I'm scared, so scared to enter a 'world' without knowing a lot of people. What if people harass and/or bully me, I know I should be able to take it but I'm already broken, I'm already hurt. People are so careless nowadays, so I dealt I won't get bullied, because I know myself I will.
This is a part of life I hate, well at least one part. Can't I just turn around and go back home and take my online courses? I won't get distracted easi-
A voice pulls me out of my deep thought. "Rys, come on, let's go." Oh, it's just Kaitlin. Should have know it was her. She leads the way into the school and as she opens the door I hear a voice, an unfamiliar voice, I know it's not Kate, it's a guy.
"Well hello, beautiful." I keep walking because you know, he's not talking to me. I hear the same voice again. "Beautiful why shall you ignore me? Do you know who I am?" Whoever he is talking to better know who he is or else. To be honest I'm not going to look back because i would be really nosy.
I stay beside Kate the whole time we are walking towards the office. While walking down the halls people are staring at me and Kaitlin and the unfamiliar person is still behind us. Maybe he's going to the office too. I look back at him, let's just say: he's mouth-watering hot. His dirty blonde hair is styled in a quiff, and let's just say I love quiffs. His pink lips look luscious, his jawline is like Colton Haynes, and Colton Haynes is hot. I try not to stare too long, because you know hot boys like them and their egos, but you know he caught me.
Now he's smirking, oh great, oh great. Now here comes the egoistic comment. I can already hear it; "you like what you see?"
"Sweetheart, do you like what you see?" He says, but not without adding a wink. What did I tell you? I knew it, I knew he was going to say that. I look at the floor and then back at him and give him a little smile.
"No, I was looking at where the annoying voice behind me was coming from and it looks like it's coming from," I pause and look around to make it seem like I'm trying to figure out where it's coming from but I know who it's coming from. I turn back and look at him and he still yet holds his egoistic smirk. "You." I smirk pointing at him before I walk off. I look at the people standing at there w lockers pointing at me and possibly whispering about me but who cares? Me, I do, I care.
"Okay! Rys what just happened?" Kaitlin exclaims. "This is our first day and, and you've got yourself a group of girls glaring at you, a couple of guys winking and hound whistling at you, and some people pointing at you." She continues. In response I just laugh and lead the rest of the way to the office. "So you're not gonna tell me what happened?" She asks as we reach the office doors.
I look at her and simply say "nope."

"Hello, how may I help you?" An elderly lady maybe in her late 50's ask as we stand in front of her desk. I look over at Kate to see if she's going to answer, but she shakes her head no. So that leaves me to answer, I guess.
"Yes ma'am, you see me and my friend are new students and we need schedules." I politely speak out towards her about Kaitlin and I.
"And what are you guys names?" She asks looking up from her desk , pushing her glasses further on her face. I look her in her piercing hazel eyes, and then look at Kaitlin as she opens her mouth to speak.
