It was mid of the day on the weekday, the time when individuals under the age of 18 would be in school. Ah yes, the most dreaded time of the week. And one particular individual found something to entertain him even when it was simply absurd.

"Hwang hyunjin..." The boy said with interest and fascination in his voice. He sat at a table and stared Curiously across the classroom at one particular individual, wondering why a guy like him would ever be called a jinx when he's just a normal teenager.

"Felix." Chan asks which causes Felix's attention to turn towards him "Hm?" Felix responds with a hum.

"Don't even think about it"

Felix knew exactly what Chan was talking about but played dumb and said "think about what?" He responded with a smile, knowing it would make his friend frustrated.

Chan gave him a glare knowing Felix knew exactly what he was talking about "Felix, you know what, don't act dumb." He stated.

Felix sighed "Fine... but why?" He asked out of curiosity.

"Because I'm not trying to lose one of my friends to a jinx" Chan explained to Felix, but Felix didn't care "Chan.. he's not a jinx, everyone is overreacting" Felix defended, growing tired of hearing the same stuff.

"Your only saying that bc your heart is made out of sunshine, rainbows, and flowers" Chan assumed.

"Well, why not?" Felix questioned.

Chan sighed before looking at Felix with a dumbfounded gaze. "Felix...be smart about this."

Felix took another look back at Hyunjin before speaking "I guess I have a new challenge."

Chan sighs "What am I going to do with you" Felix looked back at Chan with a smile "nothing."

It was now Felix's favorite time of the day, Lunch. He packed up his backpack and watched as Hyunjin made his way out of the classroom, accompanied by no one but himself.
"So exactly what are you going to say, Felix?" Chan said curiously "I guess I'll find out as soon as we start talking." Felix bluntly assumed, confident that he'll get the boy to talk to him.

"Just be careful Felix, don't... just don't get on his bad side, ok?" Chan shortly begged. However, Felix pushed it aside before walking out of the classroom.

"I don't think he has a bad side, I think he's just lonely," Felix spoke with a tad bit of sympathy and guilt in those words. "There's a reason he's lonely, you know?" Chan unnoticeably commented making Felix roll his eyes. "Whatever," He responded.

After 5 minutes, Felix and chan reached the cafeteria and Felix instantly spotted Hyunjin in the back, alone. "There he is, I'll see you later Chan," Felix said before waving bye to Chan.

Chan didn't bother waving back, he sat down at the table he was closest to and just huffed in annoyance.

"Hi! Names Felix, Lee Felix." Felix said with a smile on his face, greeting Hyunjin. Hyunjin glared at him before responding "Leave." He uttered disrespectfully.

Felix wasn't surprised that Hyunjin was rude to him during their first encounter but he didn't expect him to say 'leave' just like that. But no matter, He wasn't gonna give up that easily.
Felix sat his backpack down on the floor next to him as he slid himself into the lunch table "So what are you reading? Seem's interesting if your so invested." Felix asked, Hyunjin peeked at him, he was already annoyed by the boy's presence.

"What the fuck are you still doing here?" Hyunjin asked; harshly. His goal is to get him to leave.

Felix sighed, feeling less situated, "You seemed lonely, and I wanted to accompany you..." He responded shyly. He glanced up when he heard a cock scoff come from Hyunjin, "Word of advice, you should listen to your buddy who's giving me a death glare from the side up there, he doesn't like where this is going, and neither do I, so bye." Felix looked back in the direction where Hyunjin pointed and all he saw was three older individuals along with Chan who pretended to be doing something they weren't doing before. He then turned back after sighing to already seeing Hyunjin take his leave with his headphones in his ears and his backpack comfortably lounging on his back.
