"But sir!" Chanhee tries to protest but the teacher gives him a pointed look. His protests dying down. He glances at the younger boy standing beside him. The boy was looking at him with an oh so annoying smirk.

Days passed by and exams were coming to an end. Only one exam left. Chanhee was feeling giddy. He couldn't wait for the exam to end so that he can get some rest. He had also gotten another check up with doctor to make sure the baby was fine. He went with Sunwoo and the younger was so excited but also fussy and then cried because he was going to be a father. The doctor had chuckled handing tissues to Sunwoo who took it as he continued crying talking about how he was going to try his best. The scene had reminded Chanhee again that Sunwoo was still young. A young father. But the younger was so sincere and it had made Chanhee coo.
Chanhee groans as he sleepily flails around the bed looking for Tae-Oh who was sleeping beside him but his hand only landed on an empty space. Sunwoo, Haknyeon, Kyungsoo and Jongin were out for the day leaving Tae-Oh with Chanhee and Linda. He turned alert when he heard a crying sound. He quickly got up and followed where the cry came from. It led him to Linda's room. And what he saw made him angry. Linda stood there as she twisted Tae-Oh's ear. "What do you think you are doing?" Chanhee almost screamed as he walked in pulling Tae-Oh away from Linda. Linda scoffed. "Do you even see this?! This little brat broke my damn perfume. Do you know much it cost?" She snapped.
Chanhee eyes the broken perfume on the floor then at Tae-Oh. "It is just a perfume. Expensive or not. Tae-Oh is still a kid. You are to talk to him so that he understands well." Chanhee says. Tae-Oh crying as he hugs chanhee's legs. Linda just scoffs. "Little fucking brat. No manners. Of course what did I even expect from an orphan." She sneered looking down at Tae-Oh who was hiding behind Chanhee's legs.
Chanhee glares at her because of her words. "Linda. You are a guest and I suggest you act like a guest. Don't stray away from your limits. If you were a man I would already smacked you but I am decent enough to not do so as you are a woman." He says. He bends down and picks up Tae-Oh as he walks away. But before he exited the room he turns around and says, "I also suggest you don't use such words against Tae-Oh. Not after this. He is a Kim. He is family. More than you will ever be." He spat and walks out slamming the door behind him leaving Linda cursing.
Chanhee walks to his room with Tae-Oh who was hiccuping. He gets on bed making Tae-Oh sit on his lap. "Does it hurt bub?" Chanhee asks as he eyes Tae-Oh ear which was red. The little kid nods hugging him. "Meanie hurts me." He says sniffling. Chanhee hugs him rubbing his back. "It is okay. I won't let her hurt you." Chanhee says kissing the top of Tae-Oh's head.
"Do you want to make a cake with me?" Chanhee asked trying to lighten up Tae-Oh mood. The little kid pulls away looking up at him with teary eyes and nods. "Then you have to stop crying right." He spoke in a childlike voice. Tae-Oh quickly wipes away his tears. "Make cake for mama?" He asked. "Yes for mama, papa and your pabo uncles!" Chanhee says clapping his hand. Tae-Oh giggle.
After a while Chanhee found himself with Tae-Oh in the kitchen. The maids were told to stay outside by Chanhee who promised he can handle everything. There were some struggle because baking with a kid is kind of a hassle. After some mess, frosting and baking flour on their cheeks and hair they were finally done. Chanhee had tried to make it as presentable as he could make it.

"I want to eat." Tae-oh says with a pout as he tugs on Chanhee's shirt. "Not yet bub. We will eat when your mama papa and uncles come okay." He says. Tae-oh pouts but nods. "Now first let's keep this in the refrigerator and wash you up first." Chanhee says as he puts the cake in the fridge. He gave Tae-Oh to one of the maid to wash him up and get ready. The kid making a fuss not particularly liking a bath but relented when Chanhee promised to buy him ice cream if he acts like a good boy. Chanhee then went to freshen up too.
After they were both clean and fresh they decided to watch some T.V together while waiting for the others to come back. "What should we watch bub?" Chanhee asks. "Up! Up! Up!" Tae-oh chants making Chanhee laugh. "Okay Up it is." He says as he clicks on the movie. One of the maids bringing out popcorn and some other snacks for Tae-Oh and Chanhee to enjoy.
Half way into the movie there was the familiar sound of the gate opening making Tae-Oh perk up. "Mama came!" He squeals as he gets off from Chanhee's lap and runs towards the front door. Chanhee following closely behind him. Tae-Oh waits impatiently in front of the door. The maid snickering finding him cute as she opened the door and as expected Kyungsoo came in with other following behind him. "mama!!" Tae-oh scream almost like a war cry as he latches himself on Kyungsoo. "Wow so much love for mama but not for me?" Jongin teases making Tae-Oh hug him immediately.
"Hey hyungie." Sunwoo greets pecking Chanhee's lips. "Wow look at you all. It pains me to be this single." Haknyeon playfully scoffs. "Get a boyfriend Hakkie. Maybe you won't be lonely anymore." Sunwoo says laughing. Jongin picked Tae-oh up and they walked further inside. "So what did you guys do?" Jongin asked booping Tae-Oh nose. "Beauty and me made cake! And beauty also saved me from the bad bad girl." Tae-oh complains with a pout.
Confused Kyungsoo looks at Chanhee but before he could ask what bad girl Tae-Oh was talking about the kid continues. "Bad girl hurts me here." Tae-Oh said pointing to his ear which Linda had twisted earlier. Kyungsoo visibly frowns. "What happened?" Sunwoo asked Chanhee feeling concerned. "Linda. Tae-Oh broke her perfume and she twisted his ears and said some pretty mean and outrageous words. Look Sunwoo I have been very respectful with her because she is yours and Haknyeon's friend. Childhood friend. But what she did and said today..... She was crossing her line." Chanhee says.
"What did she say to my son?" Kyungsoo asked sternly. Chanhee sighs biting his lower lips. "Haknyeon-ah can you please take Tae-Oh out." He suggest looking at Haknyeon who looked worried but nods as he takes Tae-Oh from Jongin with a promise of getting him snacks later. When Tae-Oh and Haknyeon was gone Chanhee turned to Kyungsoo. "I was really glad that Tae-Oh still does not understand bad words. I don't even know what would have happened if he understood everything." Chanhee says with a frown remembering how Linda had called the kid an orphan.
Chanhee told the older everything that happened and Linda had said. And boy what the older mad. "That's it. I have had it from her. She is staying out and away from my damn house." Kyungsoo sneered as he stomps upstairs. "Is no one going to stop Kyungsoo hyung?" Chanhee asks feeling very concerned. "I would rather be a part of World War then interfere when Kyungsoo is mad." Jongin says cringing remembering how his husband was whenever he was mad. "Same. Just stand here and watch the drama unfold I guess." Sunwoo says shrugging. He was disappointed in Linda not expecting her to act out like that. Chanhee flinch when he hears a scream and in the corner of his eyes he can see the maids flinch too. 'Oh dear shit was about to go down wasn't it.' Chanhee thought to himself nervously.

I can relate to Jongin. I would also rather deal with world war than deal with an angry pissed Kyungsoo. He is scary- Pray for Linda 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
