Innocent Love

I will not be basing this off on any of the movies plots (except the characters)

Optimus was laying down on the floor thinking. 'How am I supposed to tell him?' He thought. 'He's too cute!! And whenever I see that face I freeze up...' he thought making himself blush at the thought of Ratchet's innocent face.

'Oh boy I can't do this...' he thought. He looked over at Ratchet who was reading something. He made a noise of no confidence. He got up but fell down. 'Ow....I can't do this...' he thought sighing. He tried to get up again and then walked over to Ratchet.

"Hey Ratchet...what are you reading?" He asked. Ratchet looked up at him and smiled. Optimus felt his heart stop. 'Dammit...that face...' he thought. He pounding on his heart trying to wake it up. Ratchet stared in confusion. "U-Uh...are you okay?" He asked. "Y-Yes Ratchet...I'm fine..." he said smiling.

"I-I have something to tell you..." Optimus said. Ratchet looked at him again. "Tell me." He smiled. Optimus took a deep breath. "I-I....I...l-lo...lo..." Optimus couldn't get the words out. He mentally slapped himself. 'Do it you idiot!' He yelled at himself. "I...am grateful that you're here and still fighting for us..." he said. 'No!' His brain yelled.

Ratchet smiled more. "Of course! I'm happy to help!" He said hugging the Prime. Optimus froze up. He felt his soul leaving his body. 'This is it...I'm gonna die in the arms of this beautiful angel..' he thought.

Ratchet looked at him with the face that Optimus loved. Optimus looked back blushing harder. "Well I'm going to leave you back to your book! Enjoy!" He said sliding out of Ratchet's arms and ran away. (Nigerundayo! Sorry couldn't help myself.)

Ratchet blinked then smiled. He had a small blushed on his face.

Optimus fell on the floor as he panted heavily. 'Dammit...I'm such a coward...' he thought. Optimus blushed hard.

Since Optimus had a hard time telling Ratchet his feelings he tried giving signs. He mostly gave him flowers that he found and Ratchet would smile.

But it seemed like he wasn't getting the gesture. Optimus sighed. He smiled at the sight of Ratchet smiling at him. 'He's so cute...' he thought.

As Megatron attacked the city, Optimus and his team had tried to stop him but they had a hard time. But in the end they won, Megatron was defeated and the city and world was safe.

Ratchet sat down and sighed. He had a injuries on his face and body. He smiled. 'Could be worse.' Ratchet thought. He looked over at Ironhide and Bumblebee who were talking, then at Optimus, then at the others, then lastly at Sam and Mikaela.

He got up and walked over to Optimus. "How are you holding up Prime?" He asked. Optimus smiled at him. "I'm fine. What about you?" Optimus asked looking at Ratchet's injuries. "I'm okay, it's nothing really...." he said.

Optimus' expression softened. "I'm glad that you're okay..." he said softly. Ratchet smiled. Optimus then felt his heart stop. (Haha, Za Warudo! Sorry I can't help myself.) 'It's now or never.' Optimus thought.

As Ratchet was about to leave Optimus took his hand into his own. "Ratchet...I...have something to tell you." Optimus said blushing. Ratchet turned to him. "What is it Optimus?" He asked getting closer. "I...." he took a deep breath. 'You can do this. Just deep breath and let it out.' The Prime took a deep breath and exhaled. "Ratchet, I...love you...more than just a friend." Optimus said.

Ratchet stared at him with an expression Optimus couldn't decipher. Then he smiled softly. Optimus blinked. Ratchet hugged him. "I love you too!" Ratchet yelled out loud happily. Everyone then turned to them confused. Optimus turned to them blushing hard. He felt his soul come out again.

'Welp, this is it, I'm going to die. I had my whole life ahead of me...but I guess not.' He thought falling with Ratchet. Ratchet laughed and Optimus just smiled.

Their faces were close they could kiss.

They stared at each other and then finally closed the gap. Optimus' heart was pounding in his chest. He still couldn't believe that this was happening.

Ironhide cheered for their leader while everyone else stared at them in surprise. 'Optimus was in love?!' They thought.

"Hahaha! Don't be so surprised, it obvious." Ironhide said. They turned to him. 'HE KNEW?!' They thought. "YOU KNEW?!" Ironhide nodded. "I have known them for a long time, those two suck at hiding feelings." Ironhide said still laughing.

Ratchet laughed as he watched from on top of the Prime. Optimus blinked. 'Am I really that obvious?' He thought. He sighed. 'And it was Ironhide of all people...' he thought. Optimus sat up which made Ratchet fall back.

He grabbed Ratchet's arm and stopped him from falling on the floor. He pulled Ratchet to him and they kissed again. Ratchet blushed but kissed back.

I actually kinda like making fanfics with Bayverse because I can make them all on Ratchet's death and make Optimus just depressed and stuff but I also like to make this ship innocent.

You can't tell me that Ratchet is not cute in the movies! He's so cute in the first movie!

I love him so much, oh to be Optimus sometimes TwT
