Her Crush

Chapter 10

Chaeyoung yawned. She just arrived at school and yet she feel sleepy. Actually she spent her weekend at home. It just that she slept so late last night. She kind of busy having conversation with Jungkook. They keep talk through text message until she fell asleep. She smile. It feels great to have boyfriend, a new experience for her.  

As she was approaching her class, she noticed some of her friends were gathered around something... a locker? She furrowed her brows then try to looked up and see what was going on there. She found Lisa, Bambam and Yugyeom was.. cleaning? they are try to clean something, in someone locker.. and that was her locker.

"What's going on?" She asked. Make the three of her friend turn around and facing her. It's look like they got surprised to see Chaeyoung was there.

"Hi, you early!" Yugyeom said. He was obviously blocking something from her. So does Lisa and Bambam.

"What happened to my locker?" She ask curious, try to peeking behind their back.

"Chae, we try to, to.. clean up! Yes, clean up yo-"

"Let me see" she cut Lisa off. Give them a sign to move over. They have no choice but obeyed.

She stepped closer and her eyes widen. Lisa was right, they are really clean her locker up, because it was tainted with bad words and accution. She continue to stare at it in disbelief, feeling her mouth dry and her eyes prick lighly.

Why people would do this to her? Didn't Lisa said there is no bully in this school? She took breathed in deeply. She feel horrible now. She don't think she would experienced anything like this in her entire school life ever.

"Don't worry Chae, we could just ask to the security, maybe they will allow us to have a glance of the cctv camera. Who's behind all of this" Bambam said.

"It's okay. It just a-"

"I know who did that to your locker" one of her classmate speak up and everyone now staring at him, silently asking for him to spill the name.

Chaeyoung walking in the hallway to the cafetaria. But her mind still thinking about what happened this morning. She tried to  ignored it, but it's easier said than done. She know she shouldn't bother by this kind of things, the mid term test are coming closer. That's her priority right now. After that Winwin boy say the name, everyone gasped and hushed whispers. It's really hard to believe, her fellow student maybe also agree with her.

She sighed and keep walking, she promised the boys and Lisa to follow them for lunch. As she pass the hall, she feel more aware now that people are talking about her. Rumor always spread faster in this school. She knows it was out of pity, because it's not her who ruin her locker with nasty words. They know she was the victim but still, it's really not nice being the subject of discussion in this situation.

She make a turn to the left, and she froze in steps as her eyes met Yuna. She look at her carefully before the girl whipping her head in another direction and walking away from her. "Yuna ssi!" She call out. Yuna stopped walking and turned to face her with that unbothered expression.

"I know what you did this morning" she stated. "Why.. why did you do that to me?" she asked, want an explanation.

The girl shrugged her shoulder, not denying it, "Isn't that clear? You stole him away from me. Whatever I did to you, you deserve it" she dismissed. Then continue to walk away from her.

Chaeyoung couldn't believe what she just heard. The girl looks like an innocent girl but her attitude was the opposite. She didn't like this. She never want something like this to happened. This is the things she always want to avoid.

As school went on, she couldn't help but feel uncomfortable... And she didn't see Jungkook anywhere. Where is he? 

She made another trip to the library. There she can think more clearly. The boys also offered to accompany her, but she refused. She wants to be alone. And there Lisa keep asking her that she could talk to that girl on Chaeyoung behalf, but no, she wont drag all of her friends into this problem. 

"Chaeyoung!"

Her name was called. It's him. Her head turn to look at Jungkook and she felt a wave of despair run through her. He run up to meet her but something in her switched. She turned away from him and ran. She ran away from him even as he continued to call her name.

She knew it was only a matter of time before he caught up with her. A pair of arms capture her waist. Pulling her against his chest.

"Hey, why are you running?" He asked softly. He must have heard the rumour now so what was the point of asking.

She was being spun around to face him. But she's avoiding his eyes. A few tears had managed to set free.

Suddenly she felt his lips pressed against her. Kissing her lovingly, moving his lips slowly. His hands was at each side of her cheeks, wiping the tears away with his thumbs.

As their heads moved apart, she ducked her head immediately, placing her hands on his chest. He cupped her face and held her still make her looked up at him.

"I want you to remember that you are the only one who occupies my heart and completely crazy about you" He finished off with that boyish grin, manage to make her giggle a bit and put a smile on her face. "And you look so cute with this red nose" he added, tap her nose lightly.

She sniffed before hugged him. She felt him stroke a hand down her hair soothingly to comfort her. They stay like that for a while before he pulled back a little to see her face.

"I'm sorry for what happened to you this morning. She wont bother you anymore. I already talked to her, don't worry. She just.."

"Jealous" she finished for him.

He nodded, "Yeah, she misinterpreted that me being nice was love for her. That I like her more than a friend, when it's not"

"Now I feel sorry for her.." Chaeyoung bit her lips.

"Why are you sorry. It's not your fault, it's mine"

"Then why it is your fault.. It's the most natural human thing right? Falling in love. I'm pretty sure it is never wrong because it's a reflex, it leaves us without control. So it's not everyone fault I guess. I just didn't like with what she did to me"

"My girlfriend is an angel" he grinned then leaned his head to kiss her again. But she stopped him.

"Why? You let me kiss you earlier? Beside no one is around" he reasoned.

"Because it was so sudden! I don't know you're going to kiss me" she pouted.

"And yet you kiss me back" he smile

"Jungkook.. cut it out" she said and turn to leave, but then her eyes accidentally catch a glimpse of students on the bench. Her eyes widen. Jungkook glancing over her shoulder. There's two students from other class, definitely a couple, their notebooks were forgotten on the bench. The girl was in his lap, their faces inches apart and his hand already slipped under the hem of her shirt. Not aware of their surroundings.

"What an interesting view" he commented. Chaeyoung face started to heat. She knew she should turn away, because watching them made her a total creeper, but she couldn't. Not even when the girl's hand threaded through the boy's hair, pulling his head to hers and they started really kissing passionately.

Wow.

"Are we gonna standing here and watch them eat each other face?" He teased. She scrunched her nose, and her cheeks flushed at his words. Jungkook chuckled before pulled her toward the library.
