Picnic

I was really excited because in a few hours I was going on a picnic with my friend Mollie. I had so much to do, but I knew I could do it if I worked hard. First of all, I put some music on, then got to work. First of all I needed to make some bread. I grabbed some flour, water, yeast, and some poppy seeds. Then I put my apron on, and grabbed a mixing bowl, and a wooden spoon. I put the water and yeast in, then stirred them till they were all combined. Then I added water, bit by bit, until I got my dough. Then I put a small town over it, and put it outside since it was very warm. Then I started making some biscuits. I grabbed another bowl, and added butter and sugar. Then u added the egg yolk, and mixed them till it was combined. I then added some flour, and mixed together until I got my dough. I turned the oven on, and then cut out shapes from the dough, and put them on a tray. I put the tray in the oven, and closed the lid. The dough had proved enough by now, so I brought it back in and punched it to deflate all the air. Then I put it in a loaf tin, and put it in the oven. I started setting up, so I grabbed a yellow and white gingham picnic blanket, and put it on the ground. I went back inside, and hot the strawberry jam. I put a few dollops in a small glass bowl, and put it on the picnic blanket. I had some salad so I put that outside, with some lemonade that I made yesterday. The biscuits were ready so I took the out of the oven, and put them on a little plate, and put that outside. It was just the bread, and it was nearly done. I had about half an hour until she was meant to come, so I went upstairs, and got changed into a beige flowy dress, and put a straw hat on. The stars hat had a ruff ribbon, around it with some beads on it, and a bow at the back. I went back downstairs, and took the bread out. I put the bread on a plate, with a butter knife, and brought that and some butter out. Just in time also. I saw Mollie run down the path, and I ran up to greet her. We hadn't seen each other in ages so we missed each other like crazy. I led her over to the picnic blanket, and we ate the food. After a while it started raining lightly at first, but it got heavy. So we packed up, and went inside. Then o showed her my crystal collection. Soon it was time for her to go, so I waved her from my door. It was so fun, and I can't wait to do that again. Hopefully sooner.
