Nobody in Barry's life knew about what he did in High School. Iris often asked and he would say something like 'Oh I just studied and focused on Tests.' but Barry wasn't a Nerd in High School. No. Definitely Not, Barry was one of the most respected people at Dalton Academy.
Barry was supposed to go to High School in Central City but his rich uncle, Steve Smyth had offered to enroll Barry at Dalton Academy. Joe wasn't fond of the Idea, but eventually Barry had convinced him and before he knew it he was on a 4 hour flight to Ohio.
In Ohio Barry was adopted by His uncle and Sebastian Smyth was born. He was no longer Barry Allen, a Nerd with no friends. He was Sebastian Smyth, a Rich and Cocky person nobody messed with. Barry has started out as a quiet student for the First Day. When suddenly he met his cool roommate Thad and discovered that he could sing.
The Second Day of school he enrolled for the Schools Glee club, The Warblers and became the person that everyone respected. Not only had he joined the Warblers but he also joined the schools Lacrosse Team and easily became the best player and was moved to Captain.
Through the next 3 years he had gone through some drama but in the end he had ended up with some great new friends and Team.
When High School was over, The Warbler was put away and the Geek was back. Joe and Iris never knew about what had happened. Barry's Warbler Blazer was neatly stored at the top of his closet. He still kept in touch with The Warblers and New Directions but for some reason they never visited each other. Nobody in Ohio knew about Barry Allen and Nobody in Central City knew about Sebastian Smyth. That was until a well known Latina came into town.
