Hey there! So I know many of you don't follow me and therefore didn't see the announcement I made towards the beginning of June, so I'll sum it up here for you.

I had been struggling with where I wanted these stories to go. Struggling with if I wanted to follow my initial idea and have Skye fall into the line of chaos and join Luke. Ending in the way we all know The Last Olympian will for him. Tragically. Or... with the way I've been going about it recently. The way I feel Skyler would truly take. Skyler is a character deeply seeded in my heart, as she was written with quite a few things taken from my own self. So sadly, I'm as in the dark as you guys are about how I'm going to end these.

I've grown as a person since I started writing these. I mean I was freshly 17 when I started the first one and I'm now almost 21. Guess I never could kick that demigod buzz from my system.

Now, I love the dark chaotic story route and I might just hang onto it. Who knows? Maybe I'll bring you all into the HOO series with some new characters?

But the further I thought about or tried to write that route for Skye it almost felt...wrong? Like It wasn't how she was actually meant to come out at the end. When I would try and write along those lines I found more and more of Skye being lost and less of who she was. Which would make a good story, but what can I say? I'm a hopeless romantic who strives for that happy ending.

I've gone over many ideas for what I think would make a good outcome with the people close to me. At one point the idea of splitting these into two separate outcomes was thrown in the air,  you know like one of those choose your own adventure things. But now, I think I may finally have a clue as to how I want it to happen.
