"C-could we stay here a little longer..?" you replied, looking up at Neil, still holding his hand.

He smiled at you kindly, and nodded.

"hey... Neil..?"

"yeah [y/n]?"

"....I-.. N-never mind..."

"Oh.. Okay. You can tell me whenever you're ready. Okay [y/n]?"

"....okay." you replied smiling at Neil.

The silence didn't matter anymore... You were alone with him. Neil was the only thing on your mind.

Why can't I just stay here with him... forever..?

You hug Neil tightly, and begin to cry softly, knowing that summer.. will come to an end. He plays with your hair, hugging you back in a comforting manner.
