Ash and Diantha walked to the Pokemon Center for the results of the first battles. Both Paul and Gary took the victor for both of their perspective battles. Ash knew it was a walk in the park for them, but what he was eager to see was Diantha's battle. Diantha was up against Iris, one of the traitors. However, the match was still thirty minutes away from starting.

"Wish me luck," Diantha told her boyfriend as she walked towards the locker rooms.

"Oh! Diantha! I have an idea for Iris." Ash caught her attention and walked up to her.

"What's the plan?" Diantha asked curiously. Ash leaned into her ear and whispered his plan as Diantha only grinned at his idea. It was perfect. She gave Ash a peck on his lips before walking towards the locker room for preparation.

30 Minutes Later

"Welcome to the third match of the Top 128!" The announcer yelled at the top of this lungs. "On my right, we have Iris! From the Village of Dragons!" The crowd cheered as Iris walked up to her side of the battlefield. "And on my left, we have the one and only, Diantha! The Kalos Champion!" The crowd cheered more resonantly for Diantha as she walked proudly onto the battlefield. Ash was also in the crowd watching Diantha as she walked. However, comments from other men caused Ash to tense up.

"I love you, Diantha!" One shouted.

"Marry me!" Another man spoke. Ash tried his best to suppress his anger and knocking the lights out of them. Diantha spotted her boyfriend and noticed his tensed-up face and posture.

"Trainers! Choose your Pokemon!"

"Haxorus, time to battle!" Iris shouted as she threw her Pokeball, allowing Haxorus to appear.

'Axew evolved.' Ash wondered.

"Gardervoir! Let's go!" Diantha threw her Pokeball, releasing her infamous Gardevoir.

"Battle begin!"

"Haxorus! Dragon Pulse!" Iris starts. Haxorus formed a green ball from his mouth and launched it towards Gardevoir. Ash and Diantha could only grin as the attack landed on Gardevoir. Ash's plan started. "What do you think of my Haxorus?"

"Powerful, but not powerful enough," Diantha replied confidently.

"Huh?!" Iris's shocked face appeared as soon as Gardervoir looked unfazed by the attack. "Use Dragon Breath!" Haxorus charged up a Dragon Pulse and shot towards Gardevoir but was still unscathed. "W-What?! H-How?"

"Since you're from the Village of Dragon, you must like dragon type a lot, don't you?" Diantha questioned.

"Yeah, that's right," Iris answered.

"You're afraid of their weaknesses, right?"

"Y-Yeah?" Iris answered nervously, having a bad feeling in her stomach.

"You see, Gardevoir isn't just a Psychic-type, but also a Fairy-type Pokemon. Fairy-types are immune to Dragon-Type moves, meaning they're weak against it." Iris screamed at the top of her lungs, earning a small chuckle from Ash and covered ears from the crowd.

"Gardevoir, end this with Fairy Wind." Diantha's Pokemon quickly finished Haxorus off, ending the third match.

"Haxorus is unable to battle! Gardevoir is the winner, and the victor is Diantha!" The referee announced, earning a cheer from the people for her victory. Diantha gave her Pokemon a small hug before returning to their Pokeball. "Thank you, Gardevoir. Take a good rest."

1 Hour Later

"Welcome to the fourth math of the Top 128!" The announcer started.

"On my right, we have Lisa from Snowbelle City!" The trainer, known as Lisa, walked onto the field, waving at the crowd. On my left, we have Raiden! His hometown is unknown, but he's won all six league conferences without losing one of his Pokemon." The crowd cheered loudly for the trainer as he walked onto the field. Meanwhile

"I battled Raiden?!" Max exclaimed.

"Who's Raiden?" Dawn questioned.

"Raiden was won 6 league conferences without losing a single Pokemon," Max explained.

"T-That's terrifying to think he's never lost a single pokemon in 6 different Pokemon Leagues..." Dawn said.

"Now that's strength," Iris added.

"But I'll beat him." A voice came from behind them. They turned to see Trip, the trainer from the Unova region.

"Long time no see Trip," Brock said.

"You'll have to beat me before you battle him," Max spoke.

"We'll see about that." Trip replied as he focused on the battle before him.

"Trainers! Choose your Pokemon!"

"Blaziken! Time to battle!" Lisa shouted before throwing her Pokeball. The Fire-Type starter from the Hoenn Region appeared before her.

"Lucario, lend me your aura." Ash spoke before Lucario stood in front of him.

"Hm? You do know that Lucario is at a disadvantage, right?" Lisa questioned her opponent's choice, but Ash remained quiet.

'You probably need the advantage.' Ash thought to himself.

"Battle begin!"

"Blaziken! Use Fire Punch!" Blaziken charged at Lucario with fists of fire.

"Catch it," Ash ordered with aura. Blaziken went for a punch on Lucario, but he was ready. Lucario caught Blaziken's fist with ease, earning a satisfied smile from Ash. "Finish it up with Thunderpunch." Lucario's right paw quickly covered his paw with lightning and punched Blaziken in the stomach with tremendous strength, earning the victor for Ash.

"Blaziken is unable to battle! Lucario wins, and the victor is Raiden!" The crowd cheered loudly at Lucario's victory. Ash returned Lucario to his Pokeball and walked away.

"Hey! Since you beat me, how about a date?" Lisa asked, causing Ash to stop. He turned to look at her and felt Diantha's gaze glaring onto her.

"Sorry. Happily taken by a wonderful girl." He replied before leaving.

"Aww, bummer, but I'm probably better than her." Lisa teased.

"I'd watch it." Ash threatened before leaving the stage. The trainer walked into the Pokemon Center to meet his girlfriend.

"Well, well, well, am I that wonderful to you?" Diantha teased.

"Absolutely. No one will ever replace you." Ash replied.

"I'm so glad I've met you." Diantha wrapped her arms around her boyfriend and held her close to her.

"I'm going to see who I'm battling next. I'm hoping one of the traitors."

"Okay. I already know who I'm battling, so I'll meet you in our room." She said before kissing her boyfriend and walking towards the elevator.

"Let's see who I'm going up against." He said as he walked towards the nearby consoles. He looks for his name and smirks as he reads his opponent's name.

"Finally. I'm sure going to enjoy this."
