Chapter 10 family matters

We walked down my driveway "well I'm gonna just, go" Kevin said while turning around "oh no you don't" Michael grabed him. "if I have to go you do too"
"Hey we all agreed we would help Jennifer explain This to her parents"
Sarah said pushing Kevin and Michael closer to the door "okay, okay. if we all agreed" he sighed then looked at me "yes" I said laughing "I agree" I knocked on the door I waited impatiently "are they even home?" Michael said "yes there car is here" i said looking at my moms white SUV parked in the drive way.

"Hey i think someones coming" kevin said peeking through the.window "stop it" sarah pull kevin way from the window and down the steps thats when my brother came to the door and he tryed to close the door in my face what a brother move
I stuck my foot in the door before he could close it and pushed my way pass him. letting my friends in."hey your not invited here" my brother said acting like a he was the boss "please says who?"
He smiled a fake smile "mom who else?"
I looked at him with concern "are you crazy?" kevin walked up too me "is every thing alright?" I pushed him a side and made my way tords the livingroom.
"everything is fine ok!" I snaped as we made are way to the living room "MOM!" I yelled through out the house "Mom" I repeated
after looking in the kitchen and dinning room. when in reached the living room she sat on the couch Looking at the wall "mom i've been looking all over the house for you, whats the matter?"
she turned to face me as I sat on the couch I looked at her concerned "mom are you ok?" kevin sat down next to me "what are you doing? dont you see this is a family moment here?" I flashed my yellow eyes at him it he scooted away to the other side of the couch I wasnt messing around today.

"Whats going on?"
Mom looked so pale she had no color in her face at all looked like she had seen a ghost or worst me.
I sighed "mom I really just came to help and explain"
"I already understand" she said
"Im ok your still my daughter or pup in this case" we both laughed. "Im not mad at you Im just suprised you didnt tell me" the color came back as she gave me a big hug and smile.
"I didnt really understand myself. but my friends know and soon i will to"
"So what im hearing is that yall will need a place to stay?"
"Oh no Its ok were good" sarah stepped in "no i insist and your my daughters friends so your welcomed, my home is ur home"

"I dont think its a good idea for you to be outside in the night"
"I said no!" her eyes turned yellow and her vains turned black
"Calm down" Michael whispered
"Im calm" she yelled turning away and storming out the door

"Whats up with her?"
"Shes was born a wolf not human bitten. Her mom is a half wolf blood and her dad is also that makes her full wolf and more powerful and more unstable but not as bad as a..." he paused
"What. Come on spit it out"
"We should go check on sarah"

Michael walked away and out the door wispering with sarah. I used my powers to listen in on there conversation.

"I know why you dont want to stay"
Michael said shaking his head "are you . . .her?"
"What no! I couldn't be even if i wanted to. Im full wolf Alpha female ok"
"Then why are you all wolfing out?"
"Cuz I think I know who is we have to sleep in the wild tonight ok!"
"Fine but im not sharing today and tell kevin to stop waking me up in the middle of the night" I ran back in the house.

"Mom I think we will be going, come on kevin, we will see you in the mom"
I dragged kevin by his arm pulling him outside "oh what now I was just about to have a good time" I grabbed my book bag and met Michael and sarah outside

"My mom said it was ok long as we met her in the morning for breakfast"
"Ok cool" sarah said
"So like were are we sleeping is it at your house or Kevin's?"
"Ha oh your new to this come on newbie" Michael said as he shifted into he's wolf form along with sarah
I looked at them "I guess I will be staying on two feet" i said clutching my bag.
"Dont worry I will walk with you" he turned to the Sarah and Michael.
"Yall go on a head i will walk with her" Michael shook his head maybe shaking the bugs away from his coat they could sure use a hose I thought.
Michael growled at my comment
"Oh sorry I forgot about that mind reading thing" I said laughing "but you could use a shower all of you could you know what follow me" I called Ashley as I walked through the woods leading them.
"Hello?" she moaned in pain I guess the blood drain was still affecting her
"You ok?" I asked "yeah im fine havent heared from you in a while"
"Yeah I'm actually heading your way we can meet at the aptments car wash near your neighborhood ok?"
"Ok see you there"
I saw kevin turn into his wolf form he had grey and white fur and his eyes were bright yellow he he was really big compared to Sarah and Michael his head hung low to the ground I think he was a little upset.

We had just reached the clearing where the Blue Canyon Ridge Apartments were Ashley was standing by waiting for us. "What took you so long?" she said
I could tell she was happy to see us
After the whole incident went down.
"Well my friends had to shift into there wolf forms and my mom wouldnt let us leave" I answered
I went straight into the car wash and got the water hose and the soap. Ashley stood next to me with some soapy rags and dry towels "who's first?" I asked
