Chapter twenty Party.

Carly's pov

"I know your a born beta and are scared of Alphas but bro I really cannot breathe." I gasped for a dramatic effect.

Before anyone could say anything, some pack warriors I grew to know as Liam and Monty ran out to greet us. "Hurry up the whole pack wants to meet our new trainer!"

They both pulled me to the big dining roon. As we went we passed halls with streamers and balloons everywhere music was blasting and the smell of alcohol reeked through out the house.

"Oh god." I covered my nose to try and stop the smell. "Oh yeah sorry Car, you'll get use to it." Max nudged me grabbing my hand in his. I'm so confused! What does this mean!

"Can I talk to you for a sec Max?"I asked squeezing his hand, and looking into his eyes. "Sure thing." He pulled me off to the side still holding my hand.

"You guys go on ahead." I waved them off turning towards a smiling Max. "I'm just going to be blunt here, okay. What are we, are we friends or more?"

I looked into his eyes begging him to say that we are more then friends. "I would hope we could be more then friends, but if you don't want to be then that's fine, like I know you wouldn't want to be so ill just go. I'm sorry I wast-"

Max was babbling on like a nutter, so I put him out of his misery and kissed him. Not a quick peck, oh no this was ten times more passionate and filled with emotion, he soon caught in and started to kiss back.

My whole body felt like it was on fire, this being my first proper kiss I could t imagine anything better. This boy was the love of my life!After a few minutes of our heated make out session we pulled apart needing air.

"So I'll take that as more than friends?" Max blushed squeezing my hand. "Yes, more than friends." I laughed giving him a quick peck and pulling him down towards the dining room.

I walked in only to cover my ears as a loud shout of "happy birthday!" Was heard through the house. "Aww thanks guys." I smiled, as Max put his arms around my waist and put his head on my shoulders.

"Like it?" Max whispered in my ear causing shivers down my spine. "Love it." How could I not. The theme was black, white and purple.

All my favourite songs were playing like beyoncé, Adele, asking Alexandria, and so on. The music was blasting and people were grinding eachother on the dance floor.

"This is my perfect birthday party." I whispered to Max before pulling him towards the dance floor. After about two hours of dancing with everyone I went over to Joe who was talking to my brother.

Glad he made a friend. "Hey Joe!" I yelled walking over to him. "Hey sweetheart." I joked kissing my brother on the cheek and hugging him.

"Your looking sexy tonight." I joked and looked at Joe, slightly tipsy. Like come on its a party there is going to be fricken alcohol there but us werewolves burn it off every 12minutes so we are only drunk for a short time, but if you were the higher ranks you got stronger drinks specially made for werewolves.

But once we shift we are still slightly tipsy but not spewing sick. "Hey Carly." Joe slurred, okay this guy has been drinking the tough stuff.

"Come on Joe let's get you to bed." I laughed pulling his arm over my shoulder "Sam tell the guys I'm taking Joe upstairs to his room." I called over my shoulder dragging a very drunk werewolf up the stairs.

We soon reached his room where I layed him on his bed and turned the TV on. "Hey Carly come sit with...me." Joe slurred and hiccuped.

"Sure thing baby." I only call him baby because that's what we do. I sat on his bed to be pulled on his lap. "You look beautiful Carly." Joe whispered into my ear, he reeked of alcohol.

"Thanks Joe, you look pretty smexy yourself." I whispered back. I pulled away only to be met with warm lips upon mine. I quickly pushed his away accidentally biting his lip.

He stared shocked at me but then felt his lip to be met with smudged blood on his fingers. "You bitch!"

Joe screamed and started to shake, before I could do anything all that was a loud sound, it took me a second to realise that Joe just hit me! He slapped me right across the face.

I fell to the floor screaming, this bloody hurt! I slowly pulled my hand to my cheek but it stung so I quickly pulled it away, I looked at my hand to see blood on it.

How? I don't know. I looked up to see Joe still shaking, until he finally snapped and shifted, he pounced on me and growled in my face.

'SAM!' I screamed inside my head. Soon the scream was heard as Joe sunk his teeth into my shoulder. I pulled his head off of my shoulder as Sam, Alex, Max, the group and everyone at the party surrounded the door gasping as they saw me.

"JOE! STOP!" Alex screamed at Joe, it didn't work Joe growled back and pulled his head to me as I moved to get away. He snarled at me and went to bite me again.

I quickly shifted and everyone gasped except those who already knew. I got up and growled lowly at Joe who flinched for a second.

I took this as my chance and ounces biting into his shoulder where his mark is.

We tumbled around biting and nipping at eachother knocking over furniture, until the real Alpha came into the room he growled menacingly but it didn't faze me, but because this is his house and I'm on HIS territory I climbed off Joe and bowed.

Joe obviously didn't care because he lunged at me, I didn't have time to react as he grabbed my throat in his mouth and was cutting off the air flow.

I whimpered and clawed at his face. "JOE GET OFF CARLY NOW!" The alpha screamed in his alpha tone, this time he released me a little bit still had a death grip on my neck.

I whimpered again. 'Sam...help...me." I was growing tired every word came out slower and quieter than the rest. I looked at Sam with pleading eyes, he quickly shifted and pounced on the unsuspecting Joe.

Soon more warriors joined him in attacking Joe only in human form. He soon released me after he shifted having only a few scratches and bruises.

I couldn't shift back I was too weak. I shakily stood up and wobbled a bit as I walked to max and collapsed at his feet, slowly falling into unconscious I heard him growl and stalk towards JOE who had stood up and looked as if nothing happened.

JOE saw me and went to run to me but was grabbed by his throat and flung against the wall. Max and alex both stood over him and punched him once in the face.

"Take him to the cells!" They both growled, Max walked over to me while Alex just walked off with a sad look on his face. Sam came over to help max carry me. But I decided no, getting closer into unconsciousness I was limited to what I can do.

'Sam, help-warriors-swap-alex-carry me.' See what did I tell you limited things. After that was said I finally let the darkness consume me. "Steve!" Was the last thing heard.

Ooooo Max and Carly are finally together. Anyways here is part 2/3 enjoy! Anyways please everyone please;
