A/N: I don't own the art, looks pretty though doesn't it?
I started to wake up to the same damn announcement that I hate,
"Good morning, everyone! It is now 7 a.m. and nighttime is officially over! Time to rise and shine! Get ready to greet another beee-yutiful day!" Why does it have no other options?
It's been four days since the first morning meeting. I kept doing what I usually do in the morning. make coffee, drink said coffee and communicate with the others once I had my coffee. Everyone seems to be getting along with each other and Monokuma hasn't shown up. During these four days I got to 'meet' the rest of the class so I know everyone's name and a bit about them. It was fun talking to all of them. I spent most of my time with Leon though cause I need his trust. Leon seems to keep up with the challenge of not messing with anything related to baseball. He does seem a little antsy which is good. That means I can show him that he truly loves baseball. Well time to make it to the morning meeting.
Once I finished my daily routine I started to head out to make my way to the meeting. Tomorrow is when Monokuma will come back and give us the first motive saying he's bored that no killing has happened. I have a crazy idea to try and stop the first motive, if it works it will be amazing, but I will get to that when it happens. For now I need to focus on Leon. I need him to completely trust me. I made it to the cafeteria and it seems like I was last here today.
"Good mornin everyone!" I smiled, determined to finish my goal. Everyone greeted me back in their own ways. Leon gave me a high five, Kyoko just gave me a head nod, and everyone else did it in their own way then went back to talking to whoever they were before. Kinda amazing if you ask me. I went to grab some food. I was lucky that they have the breakfast sandwich I always get at the store. Nothing beats a ham, egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich in the morning. I went over to Leon to chat with him.
"Hey Leon, how are you doin today? You haven't lost the challenge yet have ya?" I grinned at Leon who shook his head no. "After we eat, wanna head to the gym for a bit?"
"Sure, I don't have anything better to do." Leon agreed.
"Cool, it will just be us there." After confirming that Leon and I will be at the gym we just talked about random topics to finish up our breakfast. Leon is pretty fun to mess with once you get to know him. Once we were finished with our breakfast we went to the gym. Once we were inside the gym I closed the door behind us. Leon looked a little concerned until I spoke up.
"I don't want others hearing this, How are you holding up dude? I see that you are fidgeting a lot which is never a good thing so what's on your mind?" He looked at me shocked that I noticed it. Then that expression went to a smile.
"Thanks for your concern Y/N, but it's nothing serious." Leon tried to shake it off like it was nothing. I raised an eyebrow at this.
"Well then if it's nothing then you wouldn't mind telling me would you?" He sighed dejectedly, meaning I won.
"Fine, like I said it isn't anything serious, but I have a damn itch that doesn't seem to go away no matter what I do." Because you can't do what you love Leon, that's what is giving you the itch.
"Well I think I might know what it is. That challenge I gave you ends now." I tell him as I open the storage that has all the gym equipment. I grabbed a case full of baseballs and a bat and a glove with protection armor. I put on the armor. I don't want to get pelted with baseballs, so protection is nice. Leon just looked confused at what I was doing until I pulled out the bat and tossed it to him. He grabbed it mid air. Then his eyes widened wondering what I planned, I love those expressions. They are the best.
