Falling in such a way as I am erases all rational thought, leaving me with only two choices. One, I could scream, allowing fear to take over my mind, increasing my heart rate until I could feel my pulse in every inch of my body, panicing at the rational death upon impact.
Or I could do nothing. I could continue falling, trusting those who have been my escape and survival multiple times in the past. The choice almost did not need to cross my mind. I refuse to show fear in such an undiserving moment, where I know my safety is ensured. So I chose falling through the seemingly endless expanse of space, enjoying the feeling of a near death experience, with my stomach twirleing and spinning and my eyes shut just tight enough not to be forced open by the wind.
It was exhilerating. I allmost did not want it to end. I twist slightely, opening my eyes and leveling out as much as I can. I almost imediatly feel my heart rate increasing and fight it down the best I can.
I am about three stories from the ground when I feel talons wrap around my stomach, ending my free fall and slightely knocking the breath out of me. An imediate smile spreads across my face, this one genuine and sinister-free.
" You should do better to not fall from such hights in the future." an all too familiar voice above me says with a joking tone.
" Well you know I didn't exactly fall." I reply sarcasicly.
I can hear the smirk in his voice at this point, " Well what, where you pushed?"
"No, I jumped!" I yell up to him, laughing and whooping like an adrenaline junkie. Soon enough he was laughing with me, along with the tossing head of the other friend present.
"Talon says its good to see you!" Zaire yells down to me.
I slowly turn onto my back, the task proving difficult due to the fact that I am curently in the grip of a griffon flying through the air at a decent hight.
"Its good to see you too buddy." I grin, patting one of Talon's claws. He sqwaks, tossing his head again. " I agree. I'll try to avoid jumping to certain death." I reply, laughing at the stangness of the situation. Talon makes a grumbleing sound and Zaire laughs at me as I close my eyes and spread out my arms again.
"I'm gessing somone had fun falling from the tallest tower on this half of the continent?"
I grin but don't reply.

After a few hours of flying silently through the night, Talon grumbled slightly, making me open my eyes questioningly. He tosses his head in his form of telling me to look ahead. I twist a bit and see what he was getting my attention for.
"Its time to land." Zaire translates.
I stretch as much as I am capeable of and casualy say "Well, looks like some falling is in order."
Talon chuckles deep in his feathered chest and Zaire grins down at me. Then we are diving at a slowly sloping pace in a way to barely skim the trees below if I reached out far enough. I roll my shoulders one more time and grab Talon's clawed feet in either hand, ready for what I know is to come.
Talon releases me, my feet hitting some of the higher branches , with only my upper arm strenght keeping me from falling. My dress flying wildly in the wind, Talon slows down just enough to give me a stable veiw of the area around me. I notice an upcoming tree that is taller then the others around it, leaning towards it to tell Talon to head in its direction.
