 Dianna's POV-                                                            

I knocked at Dee's chamber door. Seems like she was too lazy to make an appearance in the Great Hall, not to mention that I haven't seen her for almost three weeks and I missed her dearly. I heard a grumpy voice telling me to enter, looks like she was drinking again. I sighed and entered her chamber. " Oh it's just you." she slurred while exhaling her cigarette. I jumped on her and exclaimed " Just me? Screw you Dee, I missed you and the best thing you can tell me is ' it's just you' . " and then I pouted. To my surprise she wasn't even smiling but only sat on her queen sized bed and drank some alcohol. "What's wrong Darlene?" "Oh, nothing much, it's just I know how it feels to be rejected actually." she replied casually and laughed rather dryly. Wow, I really was surprised. "What? That's not possible! You're the hottest girl I know, only a crazy person would refuse you!" she only continued with her laughing, and instantly she frowned. Wow, she really seems to like this girl. "Is she that special?" "No,as a matter of fact, she is the ugliest woman I've been attracted to." I widened " Don't tell me you fancy Umbridge?!" "Haha, 'fancy'..Isn't that a British word for liking?" "Darlene,don't avoid my question!" She sighed and lightened up another cigarette. "I honestly wish it was her right now." "What? How can-" "He thinks I'm playing mind games with him,but actually I like him, although he is a lousy person himself." Wait,what? He?! As in a guy?! "Woah, a guy? Who did you met during the break?" "Actually we met the same day as you two did." Now I was definitely puzzled. "Severus." she exhaled her cigarette. " WHAT? PROFESSOR SNAPE? HOW CAN Y-" " Now we're changing the subject Dianna." she interrupted me strictly. "B-but Dee, I-" " I said enough Dianna Thorn! So, how was your Christmas?" I felt speechless. How can she act so casual after that confession? A guy,nevertheless Snape? Her lifestyle is obviously getting on her. Since I didn't wanted to feel her wrath I told her everything starting from the Order of Phoenix to my frienship with Draco. After my story, she only snickered. "So you had fun with the Weasley's? Tell me, which one of them do you have a crush on?" I blushed. How did she knew that? "Uh, I d-don't like anyone right now." I stuttered. "Oh really? Then I guess I'm gonna use crucio on a certain Weasley boy." "Don't you dare hurt Fred!" I shouted then put my hands on my mouth. I hate when she do that. She actually laughed and continued "Aww, so what's going on between you guys?" I looked at my feet while mumbling " I don't think he likes me that way." "Oh honey, just act natural around him, I'm sure he'll warm up to you, you'll see." " It's easier said than done , you know." "Now, it's actually pretty easy,it's hard when he says no, but I don't think he'll refuse you, he is a nice kid." I guess she is right, I mean, we almost kissed once, I blushed at the tought of that. After a few minutes of silence I gained my courage and asked her the inevitable question. "So...Um..You and Snape?" she raised her perfectly drawn eyebrow and raised her head high " I kissed him, and I know that he likes me back." "B-but why do you claim that he rejected you?" " He isn't really the type who acknowledges emotions honey." she muttered while drinking the last bit of her vodka. "So...What are you planning to do about it?" "Punch him next time he approaches me of course." I couldn't help but laugh at her statement...

- Snape's POV-

"Your occlumency lesson is over for tonight mr. Potter." I said callously. As soon as Potter got out of my office, I began thinking about today's events with Darlene. So that's what Albus had implied about her. How disgusting, a woman such as herself interacting with another woman. But I still felt remorse due to my overreaction. I'm afraid I'm actually falling for her, yet I rejected her. With the Dark Lord and the whole chaos along with him, infatuation was the last thing I wanted to be bothered with. I honestly don't know what should I do regarding her. I still have feelings for Lily,yet Darlene,she is a total different story...While my Lily was gentle and caring, Darlene is ambitious and cunning; Lily had long red hair and beautiful green eyes, yet Darlene has dark hair and eyes, those mesmerizing and gorgeous eyes. I frowned. Two totally different individuals,yet I fell for both of them. She told me she likes me, I don't know how to cope with that. She is most likely angry at my reaction anyway, I should focus more on significant matters, as for her, I really don't know. This tension is killing me! After my mental arguement with myself I decided that the best option would be for us to discuss this as soon as possible...
