Looking through my window,
I saw true love washing up the seashore
In less than a minute, it came knocking at my door
I’m in awe!
This love has come to me from relatively near,
But literally far!
It came from God.
He has given me a treasure
I wasn’t expecting it, but it was given to me for my own pleasure.
Finally! It felt like spring has arrived in my heart!
The ice has been melted
And like a sponge, it has become softened.
Like a beautiful flower
My heart has become conspicuous
And as a flower opens up and attracts a bee,
This is how my heart has opened up and has let this one person in.
It feels like the love arrow has sought after the once driest place in my heart
It has painlessly pierced it,
And for this one person,
Unimaginable true love water plunges over like a waterfall.
Now Professor Love has introduced me to the word unconditional.
He says for him to truly function,
It has to be a part of the plan.
I thank Prof. Love for this insight,
But my hunch has already activated my unconditional might.
Love, why do you have to be so intense?
You make me wanna cry!
You leave me in suspense
With water flowing from my eyes.
Love, I know you can be spontaneous,
But I don’t want to get hurt
I wish not to be in grief
I want to be victorious!
You see that someone special has a hold of my heart
I do not want to be broken,
And this process, I would not ever want to go over from the start.
