ANNABETH

After we separated, I went to our room to relax and read. When I opened the door I was met with a huge room separated into two halves. One had a fluffy blue carpet and baby blue walls. There was a large fish tank on a small table in the corner of the room, and inside there was a clownfish, a bluefish, and a turtle. Percy would probably name them after Finding Nemo characters. A cushioned rocking chair sat next to the table.

On the left side of the room, there was a soft dark gray carpet, light olive green walls, two of which were covered with bookshelves. In a corner sat a mahogany desk with several books stacked neatly on it. A gray beanbag chair sat on the edge of the carpet.

A king-sized bed sat in the middle of the room, right between the two halves. I repeat, one bed. Not two. One. This definitely was Aphrodite's work. Athena would never have this. It's a wonder she even let me share a room with Percy, who she still calls 'sea scum'.

I rushed over to the table, a huge grin spreading across my face when I saw Daedalus's laptop and my old dagger sitting on it. I was immensely confused until I saw a note from my mother laying on the laptop, right on the Delta symbol. I picked it up gingerly.

Annabeth,

These are some gifts I wanted to give to you. In case you are wondering, the laptop is not the original. I wrote down his ideas in this replica of the one you lost. As for the dagger, I asked Tyson to create it for you. The boy was quite happy to oblige. I understand you are friends? I hope you use the gifts well.

                                                                                                  Athena

I was happy to see the laptop. I could now look over all of the designs I had missed before! Leo might want to take a peek in there too. There may be something that he would want to build.

The dagger...well, I guess you could say I was happy to see it. I'm still getting used to a sword, but I'm still probably better at using a dagger. But seeing that blade brought back memories I wish I could forget.

Luke...

I shook my head and stuffed the thought into the back of my mind, deciding it would be better not to think about it.

I went over to the bookshelves to look for something to read. I found one I hadn't read before: Architecture Through the Ages. I plopped down onto the beanbag chair and started reading.

And back to our favorite Seaweed Brain!

PERCY

After a few hours at the game room, it was getting late, so we all went to the kitchen to get some food.

I opened the fridge. "SCORE!" I shouted, taking a box out of it.

"Frozen pizza?" Leo asked. "AWESOME!"

He opened the microwave and put it in, setting the time to 1 minute.

A minute later I put the steaming microwaved cheese pizza on the table, and we all dug in.

Time Skip

After pizza(and eating about half of it), I decided to go to my room. "See ya guys tomorrow," I told them, heading towards the bedroom.

When I stepped into the room, the first thing I noticed was a sleeping Annabeth laying on a gray beanbag. In her lap sat a thick architecture book, which I stuck a bookmark in and put away(Because Annie would kill me if I didn't bookmark her page). Then I gently picked her up, bridal style, and laid her down on the bed.

Wait. BED?! I did a double take, looking around. Yep. One bed. ONE. Aphrodite must be behind this. I rolled my eyes. Of course.

Ok, back to what I was doing. I pulled the fluffy pale gray-blue blankets over my girlfriend. That's when I noticed the panda pillow pet resting on the other pillow. Pete the Panda!

My gaze fell to what I guess was my side of the room. I immediately saw the large aquarium and let out an ahem manly squeal. Quietly. Sorta.

I rushed over to see two clownfish and a bluefish swimming around, along with a turtle drifting along the bottom.

Lord! Come!

Over here!

It's an honor! Such an honor!

The fish filled my mind with thoughts. I looked at them carefully. The bluefish would be named Dory, and the turtle would be Crush, no doubt about that, but I was trying to figure out which clownfish was older. I asked them, and after telling me repeatedly, I named the younger one Nemo (duh) and the older one Marlin, who just so happened to be his dad.

Thank you lord! It's truly an honor to be named by you lord!

I bit back my groan, because I knew they were sincere, even if they were also as bad as Blackjack when it came to what to call me.

I looked back at the bed. "Dam Aphrodite," I muttered. A few seconds later, Thalia burst through the door.

"Did I sense a... DAM!?!?" (AN: Sorry, I couldn't help myself.) We started laughing uncontrollably, and when we finally stopped, our eyes were moist and Annabeth was awake, watching us with an amused expression.

"Damn?" She raised an eyebrow questioningly.

"No, no," I gasped, trying to regain my composure and what little dignity I had left, "dam, D-A-M. It's when we were trying to find you when Atlas kidnapped you and Artemis."

"Yeah," Thalia agreed. Then we all quieted, all thinking the same thing. That was when Zoe died.

"Well, good night." Thalia disappeared out of the doorway with a wave, closing it with a Bang!

I flipped off the lights and climbed into the bed with Annabeth, pulling some of the blankets onto myself. "Come on," I whispered, "give me some."

"You already have some," Annabeth murmured back.

"Wise Girl..." I pulled a bit more.

"Fine," she sighed and rolled towards me so she was snuggling against me, so we were both warm and covered.

She fell asleep before me, her breath evening, me gently stroking her hair before I drifted off into pale dreams.
