CHAPTER SEVEN:JUST FRIENDS

Jean and Danyl became very close,closer than how they were, no one in the company could believe they could become so close. Daniel on the other hand supported their friendship and had no grudge against Danyl for not dating him. Jean really did expect himself to be friends with someone he once disliked,he always thought of it like how did it happen and why was it him,he discovered that he actually has a soft spot for Danyl but do sent want to accept the fact that he does.

Jean got a call from his dad(Mr Michaels)asking him if he was ready to marry the chairman's daughter (Kesha)Jean was so surprised because he had never planned to date anyone yet,so who was this Kesha his dad was talking about
"Hello dad"
"Are you ready to marry Kesha?"
"Um, dad who is kesha?"
"The chairman's daughter"
"And why do you want me to marry her?"
"Because with that we can add more resources to the growth our company"
"Am sorry I can't marry kai or kel whatever her name is called I can't marry someone I don't know or seen before,you can't just wake up one morning and decide who or whom I should marry,I decide myself"
"It's Kesha and you are going to marry her,do you understand"
"Sorry but I won't and cannot marry her"
"Is it because of that Danyl girl,that you go against your father"
"Whatever you think it is am not marrying her and that's final" Jean hangs up on his dad and tries to wonder what happened to his dad that he is deciding who he's to marry all of a sudden.

Danyl got into Jeans office to ask him why he was shouting. She entered into his office and

"GET OUT" Jean yelled at her. Now Danyl being the soft type of girl she is, she didn't move an inch. She was shocked about Jeans tone he never yelled at her like that before.
"J.Jean?" She asked scared
"Leave" he spat "I'm not leaving until you tell me what happened" she was concerned and worried about him. She never saw him in this state before .
"Why are you so stubborn i said GET OUT" he said gritting his teeth
"And I said I am not leaving" she sighed "just calm down and please don't yell anymore"

Jean for some reason calmed down a little and thought to himself 'what have you done to me Danyl' in a matter of seconds Danyl came in and spoke. "Okay are you calm now"
He nodded.
"Okay then can you please tell me what happened?" She asked while she took a seat in front of him.
"I don't want to talk about it" he then got u and was about to leave when Danyl came held his arm.
"Jean please" she pleaded
"You are worried about me aren't you?" He smirked
"N.N.No" she blinked and let go of his arm"well y.yes because I'm your secretary and I have every right to be worried.Besides I don't want my 'BOSS' to be upset"Danyl put a lot of pressure while saying the word boss

"You really want to know do you?" He smirked. Danyl nodded.
"Fine my dad forces me to marry a girl and I don't want to"
"Then don't" she simply said.
"What" he said amused.
"Then don't. I mean you don't want to marry her right?, then don't" Danyl didn't want to make her emotions really so obvious,she was kinda sad that he's dad is forcing him to marry another girl.

Danyl had later let go of her worries because Jean said he wasn't going to marry the other girl. Danyl wondered why she was so concerned about his marriage with kesha,she never knew she was going to fall for Jean,all her life she has worn never to love and care for him now here she is falling for him. She didn't know what was wrong with her,she was out of her mind she needed a break to think about herself for a while.

Jean called Danyl to his office some hours later,he wanted to ask her if she was interested in parting with him and his official friends. Danyl felt a little awkward but accepted to come with him so he won't feel disappointed. Jean told her about the dress code and how she should dress and look that day,Danyl agreed but what made her sad was the fact that she didn't have an expensive dress
"Um,I understand but I don't have an expensive dress,and with that I might not make it to the party"
"If that's what bothering you,then I will make arrangements for that"
"You really don't have to do that"
"Yes I have to,remember it an official party and you need to look good,not only for the party but for me also"
"W..w..what do you mean for you also Jean?"
"I mean as your boss"
"But you don't know my size"
"Who says I don't know,ha you really think I don't know"
"Yes you don't"
"Look Danyl you have slept in my house so many times,who give you the cloths? me,who buys the cloths? me,so I basically know your shoe size too"
"Damn I didn't think of that,I guess am sorted out"
"Yes you are"
"Thanks"
"No need of thanking me,just being nice"
"You always say that"
"I know and I like it,now go get ready,you will get the dress soon"
"Getting ready here in the office?"
"Yh,is something wrong with that?"
"Yes,am a lady I need my privacy"
"Ha privacy,you will be changing in your personal office"
"Still,something's still wrong with that you know"
"Yh whatever,if I wanted to see you naked I would have that already"
"Yh whatever ugh"
"Go get ready Danyl,the dress will arrive to you"
"OK I will"
"I will be waiting,we need to be early"
"I heard you". Danyl went ahead to get ready,after some while she got the dress she was so excited to see the dress because she hasn't worn ab expensive dress before,so she couldn't wait to put it on.
