What if Touhou characters were in Smash?

Okay, for Sakuya, I had some trouble, because most spellcards are too danmaku like, so this is more of a mix of spell cards and skill cards.

Neutral Special

Illusion Sign "Killing Doll"

Notes:

- Number of knives: 16 (Original has twice the amount)

- Homes in on target

- Range: Same as Palutena's Autoreticle (Neutral Special)

- Damage: 1-3% per knife (Avg: 32% total if all knives hit)

- Other: Throws knives 2 at a time, with 1-2 frames between each throw. Can be interrupted if user gets hit

Side Special

Wound Sign "Inscribed Red Soul"

Notes:

- Slashes 15 times

- Damage: 2% per hit (30% total if all attacks hit)

- Hold for 4-5 extra seconds to slash 25 times (Original Amount)

- 2-3 steps long steps forward before attack

- Melee Attack

- Other: Target can attempt to move out of range to avoid getting hit by all slashes

Up Special

Vanishing Everything

Notes:

- Teleports with input direction

- Range: As far as Zelda's Farore's Wind (Up Special)

- Throws a card on floor 

- Card deals 1-2% if enemies step on it

- Card disappears after 3 seconds, or if enemies step on it

- Other: Cannot do special attacks if teleport into air, smash/tilt attacks only before landing

Down Special

Perfect Maid

Notes:

- Counter attack

- Teleports behind enemy with arms crossed

- Knives surround enemy, attacking immediately after user teleports

- Time stop while knives attack, forcing enemy to be attacked, unless latter shields 

- 3 circles of knives (36 total)

            - Inner circle: 8 knives

            - Middle circle: 12 knives

            - Outer circle: 16 knives

- 1% per knife (36% total)

Final Smash

Sakuya's World + Buriallusion "Phantasmic Killer" + Scarred Soul "Soul Sculpture"

Steps/Order:

1. Sakuya stops time for 5 seconds (Sakuya's World)

2. Red glowing knives appear and strike right in front of her during time stop (Phantasmic Killer) 

If enemy's damage is below 150%:

Time resumes after attack and match continued as usual

If enemy's damage is above 150%:

The background turns into a crimson red mirroring the Scarlet Mist incident's fog/mist. The enemy is immobolized in front of Sakuya. Sakuya slashes the enemy with lightspeed blows of glowing red slashes 30 times before the enemy get's K.O.ed instantly with a huge final blow.

Notes:

- Phantasmic Killer deals 20% seeing that other moves are already very OP

- The move only works if Phantasmic Killer hits target

- Phantasmic Killer can only hit one target, giving Sakuya a disadvantage in multi-player battles

- The final slash of Soul Sculpture can hit nearby enemies
