Norah kept her eyes locked to the crown. as they pronounced Lanstern as the king , Lanstern turned to his wife to receive a lovely expression , but he was stunned to see her face turn devilish. lanstern's heart kept fighting his thoughts of discomfort by putting forwards the present moment of joy, not wanting to accept his wife being different.
he slept happy that night with worries locked inside his heart. three months passed by, Lanstern kept himself busy in the court works, as his wife started troubling him over nothing so serious. they even reduced talking to avoid useless conversations. even in this gloom Lanstern managed to pick time and heart to love his wife.
he was the same Lanstern even after bearing that heavy crown over his head. but she changed a lot, she used to talk with love to lanstern normally and then she'll turn rude as the crown climbs his head . getting enough of this, lanstern sat in the court hall with a noisy mind that muted the loud court hall . then came a gateway to relief. a man that lanstern has always known stepped in. on seeing that his face lit up like sun.
the man bought the story that our mighty king was dying to hear , he started,
"MY KING, MY LANSTREN ! IAM HERE TO SEEK YOUR HELP. IAM NORTON , THE KING OF MORLONE. MY CITY IS COVERED WITH MY ENEMIES , PLEASE HELP ME WIN THIS WAR"
Lanstern with no other word wanting to help his old pal asked his friends , who were delighted just like him. on his word they jumped out of their seats and set off to leave at once . Lanstern asked the wise man in the court to look after the city in his absence, with a great load of hesitation, he accepted . Lanstern and his men set off to morlone . as he left the palace the light left with him, inviting darkness to take hold.
Amaris shut her doors as her king left out, the darkness swept the streets and the villages as Lanstern stepped away from his land. the darkness became the king , as that is the unspoken truth that echoes in the mighty mountains of this land
