MY HEART'S CHOICE

Part 8:WAR IN AND OUT

Lanstern and others reached the kingdom. but sadly not through the front gate. they reached the palace through the back door (tunnel). lantern's heart sank as he noticed his friend Norton's face filled with shame, as others started buzzing about this situation. 

Lanstern stepped out of the crowd by saying,

"ARE WE REALLY HIS FRIENDS OR STRANGERS ? ,I WONDER , BECAUSE OF YOUR ODD BEHAVIOUR RIGHT NOW. HE ACTED LIKE A FRIEND BY BELEIVING IN US TO HELP HIM ESCAPE THIS . BUT WHAT ARE WE DOING IS GOSSIPING ABOUT HIS SPOT BEHIND HIM INSTEAD OF STANDING BY HIS SIDE AND WIPE OFF THOSE GOSSIPERS OURSELF. IF YOU ARE  DOING THIS AGAIN REMEMBER ,HE IS OUR KIN AND ALSO THINK OF THE SACRIFICES HE DID ON THE OLD WARS TO SAVE YOUR GOSSIPING SOUL.

Norton was delighted to hear this and others stopped their sinning act and walked by their kin's side . they came up the tunnel to the palace and walked in the court hall. they saw scared citizen and children haunted by fear . kids ran to Lanstern once they had a site of him walking down the hall. men and women gained their hope back as they saw a pleasing smile at lantern's face. 

 after assuring their safety and promising their land back to them , Lanstern walked upstairs to take a peek at the enemies . he was amazed to  their numbers but he also noticed their weak training tactics, by that he understood , that their leader is more dependent on their number that their ability. he went down to join his men and skitch out a really quick plan to mob this off.

they came up with a form to beat their men easily with no lose from our side. Lanstern will strike their leader while others guide the herd to their trap and make sure no one escapes. Lanstern always has a habit of asking those men who are left in the war or getting caught to join him and live in his kingdom freely devoid of slavery or bondage. many used to come and lead a happy life in Amaris, some even joined his army and went to war as well.
