53.Fate

Janaki entered the hospital leaving behind Manish who is trying to hold her.She wanted to be with her son nothing more.

Her legs frozed before the emergency ward.

Some policeofficers were standing before the door.

Manish to reach their and hold her.They both look at each other horrified.

An officer passed them while talking on mobile

Officer:Inform the police surgeon.. postmortem aaj hi hoga..

Janaki was about to fall but Manish hold her..

Jan(trembling):Manish...

He shakes his head negatively and held her tightly and moved towards the door.

The door opened and paramedics wheeled a body covered in white sheet towards them.

Janaki gasped.Manish hold on her  loosened.Both of them stared at the body.

The paramedics stopped before them.

Jan(dazed):Yeh mera laksh nahi ho sakta..Manish...mera laksh won't leave me...

Manish hugged her and Janaki cried uncontrollably in his chest.Manish with trembling hands removed the sheet and become numb.

Janaki still hugging Manish looked towards the strecher.She shivered and collapsed on floor.

Manish sit beside her taking her into her protective embrace.

Jan(crying):woo..mera Laksh nahi hey..

Man(crying):Haa jaan humara baccha ko kuch nahi hoga...

They cried in each other's embrace while paramedics took the strecher away.

Sanskar came out of the emergency ward at that time.
Manish and Janaki and looked at him.Three of them stared at each other teary.

"Laksh" he cried and hugged him.

Slowly the seizure subside in his hand.

Sanskars whole body shivered the beep sound of Ecg machine is no more heard he slowly moved to the moniter still hugging Laksh.

               "A single line"

Sanskar stared at the moniter while he hugged Laksh close to his heart.

Sanskar slowly breaked the hug and looked at Laksh lifeless face horrified.

San(madly):Laksh..Laksh...ankhe kholo...you can't leave me..I will kill you laksh...ankhe kholo..

By then doctors and others rushed inside.But Sanskar was not ready to leave Laksh.

Nur:Sir please..

And pulled Sanskar away from Laksh.

His eyes were still fixed at Laksh.

Sanskar couldn't understand what was happening before his eyes.

His eyes were fixed at pale and numb face of Laksh..

"Bhai aap mujhe bhout pyaar karthi hu hey na"
