This is a poem of mine, so is #17
Bored
Sitting at my computer in school
I've finished my work
Trust me,
It's not cool
Being held against your will
Within the classroom
Walls
The failing grades die here,
As do you
You die from boredom
Such a common disease
You wish that you could be
Chilling, laid back by the fire
Instead you sit in uncomfortable chairs
Waiting for release
Sadly, you have more than an hour left
Slowly, but surely
The disease infects you
From the top of your brain
Down to your toes
When will it stop?
Nobody knows
For now,
You'll sit in the chair
Stare at the monitor
and let yourself
Die.
Slowly, painfully
Die.
Goodbye
