Quitting Day

I woke up the next morning nervous so I got up to go lay down on the couch in the terrace. I looked up at the clouds thinking of what should me and Jack do. Should we just tell the fans we're dating? Or tell them that Paisley is our daughter? Tell them what actually happened? There's just so many things. I went on my phone and since I had turned put my phone on silent my phone was now loaded with notifications that I've been tagged. "Morning Babe" I heard Jack say as I looked up to see him standing by the terrace doors. "Morning" I got up and gave him a kiss. His morning curls looked so cute. I gave him a hug and he just laid little kisses on my head. "Jack...What are we going to do about you know the situation" I asked looking up at him. He laid a kiss on my lips and said "Nothing, we just live our lives, they don't need to know anything right now". I gave Jack one more kiss before going into Paisley's room. She was playing with her dress up with her toys. "Hey baby" I greeted walking in her room. "Hi mommy, i'm playing dress up with Barbie and Daisy" I smiled at her. "Well have fun playing, make sure to come eat breakfast" I said walking out. 

When I went into the kitchen Jack was on the phone. "Okay okay mom.......Come visit whenever you want.....Yes you can bring the family.....Yes mom me and Y/n are back togethor.....Oh god you saw Hollywood Drama......Fine......WHAT! Well I guess you could since todays Saturday" Jack said on the phone. "Shit today's Saturday" I ran into my room and checked what time it was. I only had 38 minutes to get ready and leave.

I grabbed my phone and purse and left the room. I walked into the kitchen where Jack was making breakfast. "Oh hey Y/n breakfast is almost done" Jack told me. "Sorry babe I can't eat I gotta get to work. Can you watch Paisley until i don't know um 3" I asked him. "Fuck, I can watch her from now til 12, at 1 I have a meeting" Jack said as he flipped a pancake. "Um I'll see if Alexis can babysit, she quit starbucks since Earl cut her pay, and now babysits" I mentioned before leaving. "Bye Paisley I love you, Bye Jack love you" I said before leaving the apartment.

I was rushing to Starbucks and because we were now we are one staff short Earl is going to be there taking her spot. I rushed inside noticing i was a minute early. Oh thank god. I put my things in my locker and got to work. 

I was working on orders when Earl walked by me. "I saw that you were on Hollywood Drama" Earl said standing by me. "I didn't know you were into that show" I noticed as I was putting lids on cups. "I'm not but my daughter is" Earl added. I nodded I was making drinks so I wouldn't get noticed. "So your friends with the Why Don't We boys, and your basically famous" Earl asked. He was acting nicer that usual. "Earl why are you asking me this stuff. Usually your mean and want nothing to do with knowlegde of me" I asked. "Because my Daughter loves the boys and everything that's with them and she also happens to be 13 soo" Earl stated. "Mmhm, still don't know where this is going to". "I want you to take her on a day out with you and the boys" Earl told me taking a sip of the coffee i just made. I rolled my eyes. "Sorry Earl I can't, It wouldn't be fair if one fan gets to know what's going on, while the others don't" I said and made another coffee. Earl glared at me and spilled the 4 coffees I made. "Oops. Clean it up before it gets sticky, and make sure to give the customers there drinks quickly" Earl walked away to his office. I grunted and started cleaning. 

Earl had made everyone take a break leaving me doing everything. Earl had came up to me while I was rushing with making coffees and food. "Choose Wisley Y/n, Give my daughter her day or you gonna have to go through this for 30 minutes" Earl said. "No technically you gave everyone an extra break and by law I get a 30 minute break for every shift, so your going through this for 30 minutes" I pointed out and walked away. Earl just stammered and started rushing. When my thirty minutes was done I came back and was sent to work by a mad boss. "Y/n your so close to being fired, and if I do fire you then i'm leaving a bad reveiw on your resume". "I don't think that will happen because I quit" I said about to walk out. "No wait come back please i'll let you be manager just give my daughter that day" Earl begged knowing i was fed up and done. Everyone was now looking at me. "Sorry guys. No Earl i'm done with you being horrible" I was about to walk out when I hear a whole bunch of I quits from everyone. We all left the Starbucks empty with only Earl in there and customers. I walked to my can and when I checked the time it was 2:48. Huh i was almost done with my shift.
