Daniel Howell walked out of the supermarket, the automatic double doors swinging open while a plastic shopping bag was held tightly in his right hand. It contained his pure treasures, his sweethearts. His precious boxes and boxes of Malteasers. That's right, Malteasers. Dan couldn't imagine a life without them. His obsession made it impossible for him to go a day without tasting the mouth melting chocolates. In fact, his OTP (One true pair ("shipping")) was 'Danteasers'. Every morning, he was already anticipating the sweet pleasures that would satisfy his taste buds when he got his hands on a red packet of them. So when he found out his supplies had dried out, a mere ten minutes ago, he had to rush to the nearest shop to stock up.

His arms swung to the rhythm of Muse, which was blasting out of his earphones. Walking down the road, he looked around. Big Ben was looming over buildings in the distance, it's clock never stopping ticking. Dan couldn't read the time from that far away, but looking down at his neon green watch, he saw it was nearly 5pm. Phil will probably be home by now.

He reached his destination; his flat. He jogged up the stairs, since the lift was out of order. Well, that was his exercise for the day. He thought to himself as he stuck his hand in his pocket and fished out his key. He quickly unlocked the door and stepped inside, kicking off his shoes and walking into the house. He and Phil both shared an apartment, living in separate rooms.

Philip Lester was making himself comfortable on the sofa, his laptop lazily lying on his lap. He looked up as Dan came into the room and smiled up at him, raising his left hand in a sort of greeting.

"Hey there Danny! Got your beauties now?" He asked, chuckling lightly as he directed his gaze back towards the screen.

"Of course Philly!" Dan grinned, holding up his grocery bag and waving it in the air victoriously. "All my lovelies, right here." He made his way to the kitchen and opened one of the cupboards, stuffing the Malteasers in there. He kept one pack and after shutting the cupboard door, he ripped open the box and started indulging himself on the heavenly chocolates.

Phil, on the other hand, grabbed an apple and started munching his way through it. His new year resolution was to act more healthily, and he was going to keep to that promise, no matter what. He even signed him and Dan up for a membership at the local gym... As if they'll go, ha.

All their Danosaur and PhilLion fans knew the two best friends were awful when it came to doing exercise. But at least they weren't absolutely fat like a sumo wrestler. They were both pretty skinny, they just had no muscles to their name.

Dan dropped down onto the black beanbag in front of the TV, groaning with joy as he slowly sank into it, his body relaxing. Putting down the Malteaser box onto the floor next to him, he grabbed his Xbox controller and started playing Call Of Duty Black Ops. Phil laughed and went back to his laptop. There'd be no normal Dan for a while, at least until he finishes playing.

"Die! Die you evil scum!" Daniel screamed at the TV as he leant forward. He's been playing for almost five hours, without a break. Of course he was getting cranky. If there is one thing to know about him, it's that he's the world's best procrastinator. He would constantly find ways to get him out of doing whatever it is he's meant to be doing, be it revising, cooking, filming videos. He'd always push it to the side, saying he'd doing later. Yea, at the last minute when it's too late.

Phil was in the kitchen, making drinks for them both. He already ordered some pizza for them both, and it should arrive any time now. He poured Coca Cola into a glass along with throwing a couple of ice cubes in there. He then poured a glass full of orange juice, smiling to himself. The doorbell rang and he shouted at Dan to finish his game and open the door, knowing he wouldn't get away from that damn screen any other way.

The boy sighed loudly and reluctantly turned off his console, sliding off the bean bag and getting up. He grudgingly made his way to the door, wishing he was still shooting at anything living in his game. He pushed the key into the hole, turning it and swiftly opening the lock. He swung the wooden door open, and smiled thankfully as the delivery guy passed him his order. Daniel payed him, telling him to keep the change, and walked into the living room, making sure to close the front door after himself.

Meanwhile, Phil searched through the cupboards for tomato sauce and salt. When he found them, he grabbed two plates and took them over to where Dan was, along with the drinks. He put it all down onto the coffee table, and they both indulged themselves in pure fat.

But hey, it was a treat night, right? Yea... Neither of them believed that. They had nothing to celebrate anyway, so that excuse for gorging themselves was out of the window.

Oh well. They'll start eating healthy tomorrow.

After a couple of hours of eating, playing games and listening to music, the two teenage boys were exhausted. As if on an unspoken command, both Dan and Phil got up without a word and went to their bedrooms, brushing their teeth, changing into pajamas and turning off the light before finally dropping into bed.

Dan fell asleep as soon as his head hid the pillow. Phil, however, decided to do some night time reading. His eyes started skimming through the pages. A couple of 'looking at the words but not taking them in' pages later, he was snoring the night away.
