Chapter1: First date going Neo

Afternoon

Y/n arrives at the restaurant and sees Jaehyun waiting for her. She walks closer to him and taps him gently. He stands up and greets her " hey new girl, should we go in to eat, btw you look amazing, "he says /Y/n smiles at him " thank you ". He leads the way inside and holds the doors open for her as they head to where their table is. Jaehyun opens the chair for Y/n so she can sit down.

It's got a little bit awkward as they both stare at other things nervously avoiding eye contact until Jaehyun says " hey Y/n, why did you pick me, considering you rejected me, no girl has ever done that to me " he admits

Y/n replies " I didn't want to go on a date in the first , but I don't want to pay for that fine so I had no choice because going on a date with popular Frat boys is not every girl's ideal prize i would have been fine with a free-book coupon or something educational " she says .

Jaehyun touches his chest " ouch, do you know how many girls would want this opportunity of them eating with me " he says and Y/n shrugs "I don't know, go give them that opportunity, sorry to disappoint you but I'm not that type of girl, my late father told me to never rely on men or have your whole life perusing to change yourself for a guy" she says.

Jaehyun looks at her " okay fair point, can I ask why you had picked me instead of Rm". Y/n looks up" i did want to pick him at first but then again he is rude and too much, plus you seem less annoying compared to him and the vibe he gave off yesterday plus you seem much calmer compared to Rm who has a face of bringing endless troubles being associated with him " she admits.

Jaehyun smirks " or is it because you couldn't resist my sexiness, am I irresistible to you "he proudly boasts and Y/n laughs " oh please don't be so cocky, though I find you attractive it doesn't mean I have any interest to date you, "she says. Jaehyun looks deeply into Y/n's eyes " how about we date "he suggests and Y/n spits out her drink in shock at what he had said.

Jaehyun " I'm being serious, let's get to know each other and date, I like you Y/n," he says and Y/n facial expression changes " you shouldn't joke around like that," she says and Jaehyun sighs " I'm not joking, "he says

Y/n sighs " you don't even know me, "she says. Jaehyun replies " I know enough but I want to explore more and get you you intrigue me so for that I like you "he admits Y/n shakes her head " don't, don't do that, do you you want to enjoy your freshmen year, a relationship won't allow you to enjoy -" she attempts to say before Jaehyun interrupts her. " people can be in a relationship during freshmen year and still have fun whilst being 100 percent committed, so what do you think is that a yes " he says.

Y/n doesn't agree " I'm sorry it's a no from me, I'm not ready for a relationship, I want to complete my studies instead and have a good freshmen year but I don't mind us being friends I think that will be a better option" she suggests

Jaehyun nods " okay, I'm cool with it but I will win your heart," he says .Y/n laughs " you can't win something that is heavily guarded and locked, give up before you get tired, "she says. Jaehyun shrugs " if you say so ".Y/n rolls her eyes and Jaehyun burst out laughing at her reaction.
