Chapter 8

"Get lost."

"Oh, come on, won't you listen to me?" 

"Get lost." A lot of questions popped in my head. Who was he? Did he have some kind of past relationship with Ari or Jerru unnie? If so, what kind of relationship? Wait no..I would know..maybe he's Ari's father? He looked too young to be a father though.

"Psst..do you know who he is?" I looked over to see it was the guy who fixed me up. He whispered so quietly, I almost didn't realize him speaking.

"If I knew, would I be sitting still?" I shot back, a bit more meaner than I had inteneded. I sear, everything sounds better in your head.

"Get lost! You don't belong here!" Ari's voice shook. I couldn't tell if it was from anger or pain.

"You don't belong here either..what are you doing with a bunch of wolves?" 

"I'm warning you. Don't step any closer." She warned the chuckling voice as she started backing away.

"Excuse me, who are you?" We saw a gigantic figure walk in. 

"Are you her new boyfriend." 

"I'm sorry, what?!" We all exclaimed with disguist.

"He's my new step father." The mystery boy tapped his chin, before smirking.

"Ahh..now to the actual reason why I'm here..your father wants you back."

"Actually? Now, why would I go back?"

"We can be together like we were..don't you remember that?" She scoffed. 

"In that case, I never want to go back."

"He will come for you."

"Let him." 

"Babe-"

"Don't call me that!" 

"You don't understand. He's coming for you. He wants you dead, if you don't come right now. I don't want you dead. Please, just come back."

"Ari..she's not going back. I don't know what it this is about, but she's not going back." Mr. Wu stated firmly. I looked to the side and saw a gun. It wasn't my gun, but it was a gun.

"Hey, pass me that gun." Lay had a look of disbelief.

"It's a gun! You'll get hurt and-"

"Trust me, I've used a gun before..one too many times." I gave him my raised eyebrow look and he sighed. He pulled the bag and passed me it.

"Be careful. Don't over do it." Nodding, I started walking slowly towards them. The wound that was there, didn't hurt as much as before. Another figure came out of nowhere and grabbed Ari. As soon as he got a hold of Ari, I started walking faster.

"Soohyun!"

"You were taking too long. We got her. It's time to go."

"B-"

"Let her go." I pressed the tip of the gun right at his throat. I felt the vibration of his chuckle.

"Oh my, isn't it little Seoyoun? You've grown a lot..into a fine lady, might I add." He licked his lips, while eyeing me up and down.

"You're disguisting." 

"You definitely grew. I remember you always whimpering behind Sohyun..not doing anything. In fear, of course."

"Let. Ari. Go." I said through my teeth.

"Now, why should I do that?"

"I'll kill you."

"Woah, Seoyoun, no need to get violent here."

"With these creatures, yes, I do. "

"Ahh..I remember your face when you first killed someone. Even if it was your job to kill the enemy side..so afraid. You shut everyone out, did you not?" 

"Don't mention things from a decade ago." 

"I wonder how you would react if I told you when I killed your grandparents." I lowered my gun a bit.

"You killed her grandparents?! You know how much they mean to her!" Ari spat in his face, trying to struggle free. He pushed her away, only to turn in my direction. 

"..and I enjoyed, no, loved every fucking second of it." 

"You're not even a human being!"

"Sir, I think that's enough. I think you should go back." Soohyun ignored them and continued talking.

"The look on their faces..them begging me to not kill them..them-"

"Sir, I think that's more than enough."

"Oh, I'm not a sir. I'm only 19."

"Soohyun hyung? I think we should go back now.."

"In then end, when they complied, their choice not to kill you. To kill them, instead of killing you. The willingness for them to die, instead of you. Th-"

"I think that's enough-" 

"FUCK!" I didn't know what I was thinking. I didn't know what to do. All I new was that I was angry, and  pulled the trigger.

"You fucking low life." Even with a shot and bloody arm, he chuckled.

"Looks like I won't be be able to respect yout grandparent's request."

"Soohyun, you lay one finger on her and I will swer you will not live to see the next day." Ari spat with anger.

"Respect your elders, Ari. Remember? That's our-"

"I no longer belong in that so called excuse for a clan. All of you are fucked." 

"Yea, why don't you guys go back to your fucking murder clan?" I sharply, but calmly, asked.

"Is that what you think we are?" 

"Wait, are you from the Black Chrysanthemum?"

"Xiumin hyung, you know them?" 

"Why wouldn't I? I have beem waiting for this day..I;ve been waiting 11 years, just for this moment." 

"Why is that?" I raised an eyebrow at the guy with chubby cheeks that looked like a child 20 seconds ago.

"You killed my sister."
