Centuries after 2019 was new, the United States has evolved into a more advanced and diverse place than the rest of the world. Each state in the U.S was split into districts; each district was numbered. Each district is different from each other. There are at least 10 districts in each state. With each district came a different skill set or age group that lived there. Once a child in any district turns 5 they take numerous tests to determine what their ongoing skills will become. If they don't fit the requirements of their current district, they get sent to a different district.
