Jisoo's PoV

After yesterday's events, I thought Taehyung and I are finally starting to get closer.

Ermm..... Yes, but no.

We did became closer over the course of the day, but we had another thing coming.

The day started off as normal. As always.

Jennie unfortunately couldn't spend the time since she had a photoshoot with Namjoon. Jin oppa was going to a cooking show as a guest.

And I was left in the house.

But it wasn't entirely bad. Taehyung was here with me. Please don't think I'm an obsessed freak(which hopefully I'm not).

After doing my morning routine of brushing and taking a shower, I walk down to grab a book. It's been a while since I've studied. And we had a math test coming up so that's something I should really prepare for.

As I was flipping through the first pages of a book I found on the bookshelf next to the couch, someone opened the door.

"Tae- oh its you again." Sujee said, eyeing me up and down. Just then, someone walked next to Sujee. She had long red hair tied into a braid wearing a black T shirt and a not so bright yellow skirt with white flats.

She was oddly familiar. I think I saw her at school.

"Hi" She said shyly and waved her hand with the other clutching her skirt.

I smiled at her and waved back, but Sujee just rolled her eyes and looked at me. "Her name's Fuji-Dao Sakura, my cousin from my father's side in Japan. She's moved here temporarily, and since my mom told me I should spend more time with her, I thought of bringing her here. And since she's also a nerdy loser, I'm gonna guess you two will get along pretty well. " She nods with a smug smile while flipping her hair with her hand.

"Anyways, me and Taehyung will finish the project. And since you done a lot of it, I'll help while you... Rest." She cringed and left to find Taehyung.

Wow, I never expected Sujee to have even a drop of kindness.

The girl slowly sat next to me while avoiding eye contact. "H-hey, I'm Fuji-Dao Sakura, as my cousin explained. But y-you can call me S-Sakura." She now looked at me while pursing her lips then sighed. "I-I'm sorry, I usually s-stutter when I-I get shy a-and n-nervous. It's just a thing I d-do when I m-meet nnew people. Eve-ntually I will sp-speak n-normally."

Aww, she's shy.

I think as I smile while tilting my head a bit. "Don't be shy Sakura. You can be comfortable with me."

She hesitated at first but smiled back at me.

"Hey, how about let's go to the kitchen." I grabbed her arm and she was surprised at first but then relaxed once we arrived at the dining room.

Coincidentally, Taehyung and Sujee was also there on the other side of the dining table.

Sujee frowned a bit and looked down at the project trying to avoid my presence. A bit later she excused herself and walked out to the toilet in the bathroom close to the dining room and kitchen.

I frowned back at her because of her reaction. "I'll go grab something for us to drink." I was about to walk out when Taehyung called for me.

"Jisoo, can you get a drink for me too? I'm a bit thirsty." He smiled, and it made the butterflies in my stomach flutter with happiness.

I go to the kitchen and grabbed three glasses from the cupboard and the filled them up with water. I took a small tray for the three drinks and was about to leave when the door of the bathroom opened, Sujee looking at me.

"Here Jisoo, I can help with the drinks." She smiled, which seemed weird but calming at the same time. It's just that I don't see her smile very often.

I was so shocked with her sentence that I just froze. She stared at me. But I snapped back to reality and gave a small smile back.

"Thanks Sujee, um maybe just grab one glass of water for Taehyung." I gesture with my head and she nodded, grabbing the cup but tripped and the water fell onto my face and shirt.

I gasped as the water hit my face, and so did Sujee.

"Oh em gee!! I'm so so sorry Su! You should clean up, I'll take the tray." She says worrily, that sounded pretty legit.

I nodded and wiped the water on my eyes and walked out the room out of a door in the kitchen, not in the dining room.

I wanted to use a towel to wipe the water, but I saw no towels. Where could it be?

Taehyung's PoV

"Where's Jisoo?" I wondered and looked at Sujee and, the new girl, Sakura, but they just shrugged their shoulders.

"Hmmm"

Then someone entered the room with a tray on their hands. "Sorry guys, it took a while but here's your drinks. I got one for Sujee too, just in case she's thirsty. And a water pitcher so we could still get hydrated even after our water gets finished, or to put it simply, for refills." Jisoo chuckled and it kinda made my heart skip a beat. It was... Cute. In a way.

"Thanks" I thanked her and grabbed my glass of water to take a gulp only to spit it out.

Sujee looked at me with concern. "Babe, is everything alright?" She asked while holding my hand.

I shook my head. "No, someone put something... Weird. I can't explain it accurately because the taste is new to me but I can tell you it's not meant to be drank." I quickly wipe it from my mouth and looked at everyone. Because maybe someone will admit something.
