Ahmed woke up from deep sleep. He started blinking around and then looked at the empty bed beside him.
Ahmed(to himself): Where is the person? Where is he? Left?
(Started shouting) Nurse! Nurse!

One of the nurses in the ward came to him and started to look at the patient’s file.
Ahmed: Hey, boy! Do you know where he is?(Indicating to the bed beside him)
Nurse: Sorry, sir, I can't get, whom you are talking about.
Ahmed thought for a while.
Ahmed: The one, donated me blood yesterday! Where is he now?
Nurse: Oh! I think he has left, Sir.
Ahmed: Left? Please, carry me to the reception. I need to know his identity!
Nurse: Sorry, Sir. Doctor has strongly prohibited you from moving out.
Ahmed:(his temper turned high) How much time do I need to lay in bed like this?
Nurse: Please calm down, sir. You’ve to rest for half month, but in this hospital, two days more, for observation.
Ahmed: Oh!(released a sigh) Then please, do me a favour. I need that man's identity and contact.
Nurse: Wait for a few moment, sir.
Nurse went out of the ward. Then came back within a few minutes.
Ahmed looked at the nurse. He was about to say something.
Nurse: In the record, his name was stated as Ayaan Senior and yours was Ayaan Junior.
Ahmed: What! Ayaan Senior and Ayaan Junior!  Brothers! How can it be! I've no brother! What's more about him?
Nurse: There is a contact number. Here it is. He showed the file to Ahmed. Ahmed took the file and started to look at that with much attention.
Nurse: Nothing else, sir. That's all.
Ahmed: Oh, thanks! Can I make a call?
Nurse: Sure. Wait a minute, sir.
He went out and came up with a codless phone of the hospital.

Ahmed dialled the number and called.
Authority(Over the phone): The number you have dialled is invalid.
Ahmed: What!
He started rechecking the number, if he had done any mistakes.
Nurse: Any problem, sir?
Ahmed: Yess! They are saying that the number is invalid. I've already checked.
Nurse: I have no idea, sir. He gave this number. He might have done mistake as he was in a hurry.
Ahmed: Hummmm....That makes sense.
Oh! One more thing. What about the bills? I've not paid a single penny yet.
Nurse: Your brother, I mean the one you're searching, has paid the bill of your operation and today's bill. But the bills of the next two days aren’t paid yet and there’s a due of an amount of dollars for today's bill.
Ahmed: I see. He must have gone to manage money. Where is my phone?
Nurse: We haven’t found it with you.
Ahmed: Oh!
Ahmed started to think about something. Suddenly he came up with an idea.
Ahmed: I want to make another call!
Nurse: Sure.

Ahmed dialled a number.
The phone was ringing. But no one answered it.
Ahmed called again.
Someone(Over the phone): Hello!
Ahmed: Simon?(Ahmed's friend) It's me, Ahmed. Please, do me a favour right now.
Simon: What happened? Who's number is this? Where are you?
Ahmed: In a hospital...
Simon: Hospital!
Ahmed: Yeah! But I'll talk about that later. I need your help right now! Are you free to come?
Simon: Which hospital?
Ahmed looked through the window outside at the signboard of the main building.
Ahmed: It's Summer-Spring Hospital, at Arenblue Street. I've never heard of this hospital before. But, I guess, it's somewhere near my house.
Simon: Okay, I'm coming.
Ahmed: Yeah, then I'm hanging first.
Simon: Okay.
Cutting the call, Ahmed returned the codless to the nurse.
Ahmed: Thank you.
Nurse: Welcome, Sir.

While leaving, the nurse suddenly noticed a handkerchief beside Ahmed’s table.
Nurse: Is it yours?
Ahmed looked at the handkerchief.
Ahmed(mumbling): No! It's not mine!
Thinking for a while, Ahmed(to himself): It might be his!
Then he started to nod his head. Seeing him nodding, the nurse gave the handkerchief to Ahmed.

When the nurse left, Ahmed started to look at the handkerchief. At one of the corner of the handkerchief, there was hand embroidery in it and there was a letter... ‘M’ beautifully embroidered.
Ahmed searched carefully, but there was no more sign beside that letter and design.
Ahmed(to himself): ‘M’? His name is Ayaan, which starts with ‘A’. But...
Maybe, his another name starts with it.
Ahmed folded the handkerchief and kept it.
He looked through the window.
The window overlooked the main building of the hospital and an open field with tall trees surrounding its border. As compared to the height of the floor, Ahmed could only see the peaks of the trees. But a wonderful view of the sky could be seen from there. Ahmed stared at the charming blue sky of the morning.
Ahmed(to himself): Who is he? Why did he do all these for me? Are we really attached by blood? But I can't remember. (A deep sigh)
I think he has forgot his handkerchief here. But he has left...Will we meet again?
(closed his eyes and relieved a deep sigh)
Almighty knows...
