In the very morning, Zain woke up. He found himself in a hospital bed. There was a bandage on the dorsal side of his hand. He started to look at his hand. He continued making fists and opening them.
Zain(to himself): Who put this bandage on my hand! What happened to me!
He tried to remember. A flashback passed through his mind. He was in this hospital. He was coming to the reception after donating blood and suddenly he bumped into someone. He couldn’t remember more. He looked aside, he was in the bed beside Ahmed. He got down from the bed and rushed to Ahmed. Then touched Ahmed’s face with his soft palms and smiled as a sign of great relief and then kissed at Ahmed’s forehead.
Zain: Great thanks to Almighty, that you're safe, brother!
He hold Ahmed’s hand and sat beside him for a long time, thinking something and starring at Ahmed.

Suddenly Zain's phone vibrated. He started to search his pocket. He found the bloodwet handkerchief that he had used to wipe Ahmed’s blood and put it in his pocket in a hurry. On the next moment, he found his phone. It was a message that the charge of his phone was getting low. He asked the wardboy for a charger. Putting his phone on charge, he went to the washroom. While washing his face, he starred at his reflection in the mirror for a while. Then, releasing a deep sigh, he continued washing. He rubbed the handkerchief well to wash out the bloodstains. Getting out of the washroom, he kept the handkerchief near the fan beside Ahmed to dry that.

Zain came out of the ward and coming to the reception, cleared the bill according to his ability. It was almost cleared but a small amount was left as due. Assuring the receptionist that he would clear the due later, he went to the doctor to consult with him.
Zain: What is his condition? How much time will it take to fully recover, doctor?
Doctor: He's safe. It was a minor accident. You’ve come in the right time, so we were able to control the situation easily. It will be better if you keep him more two days here for observation. Please ensure his half month bedrest after that.
Zain: Oh! Thank you, doctor. Then I'll leave first.
He took his phone unplugging from the charge and got out of the hospital. He headed to his working place, Royal Dine Restaurant.
Zain started calculating the due fee of the hospital all the way and how to manage that money.
He came up with an idea.
Zain(to himself): If I lend money from Mehrab(another colleague of Zain)... No! It'll be a huge amount for him cause he's already married. What if, I ask boss to pay me the next month's payment in advance? No! It's better to lend some from boss. I think, it'll work. Ok, then...
He started to continue his walking.

Suddenly he remembered Sameer. Last night, Sameer was so tensed about his father and he was crying. That face just appeared in front of his eyes.
Zain(to himself): Oh! No! I really forgot about Sameer! How can I!
He started to look for his phone.
Zain(to himself): Haven’t I brought my phone? Huh!
Suddenly he hitted a hard metal in his pocket.
Zain(to himself): Oh! I thought that I've forgot to unplug it from the charge. Really, my brain is getting hang out of tensions. Whatever!
He started to call Sameer. But Sameer's phone was switched off. He tried again and again but he couldn’t reach Sameer. He got more tensed at that.
Zain(to himself): What happened to him! He hasn’t even texted me once after going there. Has anything wrong happened to him? What should I do? I have to take care of the man until his family gets informed, but I've to know the matter happened to Sameer too! Which way should I pick?

Suddenly Zain bumped into a passerby.
Passerby: Hey, man! What's your problem?
Zain: Sorry, sorry! I'm really sorry.
Passerby: It's okay. Watch your steps carefully.
Zain nodded his head.
Suddenly he felt much weak so he grabbed the lamppost to hold his balance. Then he sat on the bench near the lamppost. He started taking deep breathes to refresh himself.
Zain(to himself): That man is under the hospital's safety. I'll meet him after returning. I have to meet Sameer first. But I've already run out of money. Boss is now my only dependence. (Looking up at the sky) Oh, Almighty! Please, help me! (Closed his eyes and lowered his head) Zain! Make up your mind! Life is full of tests. You have to go a long way solving these...
Then he stood up and started to walk looking forward, as far as vision went.
