"You mean we're jumping from here?" Chan shouted, pointing down at the tiny island. "And hoping we land?"

"Pretty much," Seungcheol shouted back. "You have winds don't you? Just make sure nothing blows us off course!"

"That's not how this works!"

"Consider this your first training mission! Make sure we don't die!" Seungcheol shouted, making sure everything was okay on his and Chan's harnesses. "But seriously, don't worry. We'll be fine."

"We're jumping onto an island that we don't know if it's inhabited!"

"It kind of has to be!"

"Did we even get tested for diseases? You know bringing unwarranted pathogens and other diseases onto a detached island is a crime right?"

"I have your health records already! You're fine."

"How do you have my health records?"

"Not important!"

"Get ready to jump," the pilot droned.

"I'm not ready!" Chan shouted.

"You kind of have to be!"

"I've never done this before!"

"Just spread your arms and legs and don't die!" Seungcheol said, but seeing the terror on Chan's face, he sighed."Go for another loop!" He shouted at the pilot, dragging Chan closer and beginning to hook them together. "Alright, so just trust me, and try to make sure we have something to cushion us okay?" Seungcheol shouted in Chan's ear, feeling Chan nod. "Great!"

"Ready now?" The pilot asked, Seungcheol shouting a yes. "Okay, doors opening."

The wind immediately flew back at them, but Chan held up his hand to slightly change the direction so they it wasn't directly in their faces.

"Ready?"

"No!"

"Okay, we're going to jump!" Seungcheol shouted, ignoring Chan's scream of protest, and launched both of them out of the airplane.

"Choi Seungcheol I'm going to die!" Chan screamed, holding on tight.

"No one has died yet! Just make sure we don't blow off course!"

"And how many times have you done this huh?" Chan asked, tentatively holding out a hand to the wind. Seungcheol felt a little more resistance, slowing their fall a little, and once they were close enough yet far enough away, he pulled the cord, the parachute luckily inflating immediately.

Chan seemed to be frantically gathering air for something, directing it seemingly below them, but when Seungcheol hit the first solid seeming floor of wind and they slowed, he understood what Chan was doing.

They hit three more of the same clusters of air before landing on the beach, Chan collapsing as soon as he was released from Seungcheol's harness.

"Whoa, you good?"

"Energy." Chan gasped. "I've done that before but not when I'm falling, and not so many times."

"We would have been fine, but thank you," Seungcheol sat down next to Chan, unhooking the parachute to ball it up. He hadn't brought his backpack with him, but he drew a small square in the air and shoved it in.

"How are we getting off?"

"Hydroplane."

"Why couldn't we have done that in?" Chan whined.

"You really want to swim? I know the water looks nice, but the plane probably wouldn't get close enough."

Seungcheol saw someone out of the corner of his eye approaching them, and immediately raised both hands as a form of surrender. Chan didn't get up but followed suit, raising both hands.
