It was Saturday, the day when we were going to meet Brandon down at the mall. We went into the clothes shops, must to Teddy's disgust, and I didn't realise how much Brandon loved shopping. He was always giving me advice and sometimes buying things he thought would suit me. And all to soon, it was over and he had to go home. I checked the time, 6:30. "Wow! It's been nearly 4 hours!" I yelled, boy had time flew. "Ok then" said Teddy, "Wait, I'll just call my mum." As soon as he left, Brandon came closer. "Hey wanna do this again, tommorow?" he whispered "this time without Teddy?" "Just as friends?" I asked. "Yeah, of course" "But please, not the mall, I'm sick of it." I felt like it was all I been to all this time. "Don't worry, I wanna show you a special place" so that morning I said I was going to see my friend and then I left with Brandon. He was wearing a backpack and was looking happy. "So where is this place?" I asked "can you climb?" He replied. Didn't really answer my question, but something said he wouldn't answer right away. We walked for about 5 minutes before we came to a trail. We walked up the trail before we came to a steep wall, with ledges in it. It was about 3 metres tall and was very easy to climb. Once we got to the top, there was the most beautiful stick house, made by two fallen trees and it had a stick roof and was covered in dead leaves. It looked cosy inside, on a bed of smooth rocks, fallen sticks and some more leaves. "Welcome to the base!" He said. "So what do you think?" "It's beautiful" I replied. "I built it two years ago, just a project. You're the only one who knows about it" he whispered, then smiled "come inside, I bought snacks" he opened his backpack and pulled out all sorts of treats and candy. We chatted for a while and then it started to rain. I was surprised at how well the dead leaves kept the rain out. It was getting late, so I decided to run out and go home. As I ran home, I ran past my house. I started calling Teddy's house home, as I felt it was where I belonged. I stared at my house, then kept going. When I got there, me and Teddy watched a whole bunch of horror movies and I was surprised Teddy was more scared than me. I whispered something not so nice under my breath so Teddy elbowed me in the ribs. Ah well, payback I guess. I just couldn't wait to go hang with Brandon again, and I loved him in a way you would love a brother. I still had a crush on klaus, after all. He was cute, sweet, sexy.. Augh!! Stop it, stop it...
