why can't it be me?

Levis POV

It's finally time to go home and It's officially been 3 months since light and I just met, I was walking with light through the path we always go through and we came across the flower field again, light went straight towards the roses again I could see him try and grab one "hey light I wouldn't gra-" ahh never mind it's to late "agh" I looked over to him and saw him holding his hand and his eyes full of tears.

"are you okay light? " I was really concerned for him he showed me his hand and it was bleeding "light I told you not to grab them" I slightly yelled at him "I know I'm sorry" he started tearing up even more now "no light I didn't mean to yell at you I'm sorry, let's go to that bench over there okay " he nodded and we walked to a bench under a tree with vines dangling down "here I have have some bandages in my bag" I grabbed my extra bandages and put them around lights hand "okay done"he smiled and hugged me " thank you Levi, I love you! "I could practically hear my heart racing and my cheeks turning pink " I love you to light "oh my gosh did I really just say that I wanna punch myself so badly right now, he backed away a little "wait really levi? " whatever screw it, it's now or never "yes light I do I really mean it" I held his other hand  "Levi I-" I took the chance and kissed him he hesitated a little but kissed me back

Soon we finally broke the kiss "light I really do mean it when I tell you I love you please accept my love" I finally confessed to him I can't believe it I finally did it, I looked at him and waited for his answer "are you kidding me Levi of course I'll accept your love because I love you as well" he hugged me once again "so will you be my boyfr-"  "Yes! " oh that was a quick answer I feel like my life is finally complete "hey light can I take you out tomorrow? " he nodded and smiled "of course, it is Saturday Tomorrow!".

~time skip~

We finally arrived at lights house he let go of my hand and kissed me on my cheek we both blushed " bye Levi sleep well" "you to, I'll see you tomorrow"he went inside and closed the, I could finally walk home happily I know I could take a car but I like walking better it makes me feel more free and relaxed, I suddenly heard my phone ring " hello mother what do you need"
"We need to plan out your wedding with lady Diana so hurry on up and get here quickly"

Great and there goes my day I have to tell mother I won't get married to lady Diana I'll tell her I already have someone because I do.

~time skip again cause I'm lazy 💀~

I finally arrived home and the first thing I see is my parents, Luca, Diana and her family waiting for me "good evening everyone" I said to everyone of course "good evening Levi it's great to see you are you excited for yours and Diana's wedding?" I chuckled "yeah that's not happening I'm not getting married to lady Diana I already have a special someone sorry" everyone looked over at me in shock "Levi and may I ask who this special someone might be? " my mother asked "my special someone is named light and he is an amaz-" "hold on Levi did you just say h-he? " I smirked and looked at my mom dead in the eyes "yes I did mother and what about it? " "oh absolutely nothing I just- well it was just shocking you know" I nodded and looked at Diana "so if you couldn't already tell lady Diana I can't get married to you" she looked sad do I feel bad yeah but does it matter to me? No, she's the least of my worries right now well she's always been

I went up to my room and flopped onto my bed

(❣light❣) - hey Levi I'm boredddd

(Me✭) - I'm bored as well like really bored

(❣light❣) - there's nothing to do around here All I could think if doing was text you😣

(❣light❣) -and also I couldn't stop thinking about something that has been on replay in my head.

Me✭) - you miss me that much light~
Just kidding but you should probably go to sleep or just take a little nap maybe that could help you 🖤

(❣light❣) - Okay I will Levi good night I love you

(Me✭) - I love you more good night, sweet dreams

I shut my phone off and heard someone knock on my door "come in! " the door opened and Diana came in she faced the window and looked out into the sky,  couple minutes passed by "do you need anything you've been standing there for a w-"

"Levi......... " she finally spoke

"Yes? "

"why can't it be me? "
