Back at Viper organization, Sam had started to wake up in a brightly lit lab. He had been laying on a table with cold straps wrapped around his wrists, ankles and his head. Sam tried to break free but found that he could not.

"Don't try to escape Sam," says a voice. Sam strained to look and see who had been in the room with him. "My name is Bella and i'm going to be the scientist during the experiment,"

"I think I'll pass," Sam said, still fighting against the straps. "I'm not going to become your puppet," he declared.

"Funny.. Your girlfriend said the same thing, well up until she was killed," Bella said, trying to get under Sam's skin. "You know my boss has been keeping an eye on your for a while,"

"You son of a bitch I'm going to kill you!" Sam screamed. He had theories about Viper taking Jessica before but to actually hear them say it was on a whole new level, now he wanted them dead.

"Oh don't flatter yourself," says Bella as she picked up a needle with blue liquid. "We didn't kill her, she merely escaped, no it was Harpy that did that," she lied.

"You expect me to believe that, when you have me chained up!" Sam spat in her face, though deep inside he was hoping she was lying. Meanwhile, Dean had managed to sneak into Viper's headquarters with his stealth. None of the agents saw him until he picked up on Sam's screams down a long hallway. Horrible memories of being in the same place and feeling his insides fall apart and then rebuild themselves over and over again. Three agents stood guard at the laboratory door and once they saw the pissed off expression on Dean's face, they knew they were screwed.

"You said we would be safe back here," The first one said, trying his best not to cower.

"Come on, there's three of us and one of him," the second one said thinking they would have a chance.

"It won't matter," the third sighed. All three of the agents contacted Bella and told her the situation. "Ma'am um Dean is here he looks very unhappy..." the last part of the message was cut off as the guards screamed but they knew that it was useless to fight a bionic they were too powerful. Dean kicked the door off its hinges and made his way inside to see that Bella had an empty syringe in her hand and an unconscious Sam.

"Nice to see you again Dean," Bella said to him. "Don't worry about your little friend he'll wake up in a bit,"

"I warned you the first time that if I had ever gotten out of this hell hole, you'd be the first person I'd kill," Dean said as he began to approach Bella.

"Big talk for someone who once was in this very position, not that you remember it much," Bella responded with a smirk. Without saying anything, Dean attacked Bella knocking the syringes on the floor. Bella hit the wall and groaned as she collapsed on the ground, Dean began to get closer to Bella as she was starting to get up, however out of nowhere he felt something hit him in the back of the neck. Dean winced and pulled out the small object only to see that it was a tranquilizer dart. Looking toward the door he saw a blurry image of Meg walking toward him.

"Looks like you had fallen for this trap Dean," Meg said at the same time Dean had fallen unconscious. Meg turned to Bella and helped her up. "I hope your okay Bella,"

"Fine I've had worse hits, I just hope that our test subject here wakes up soon," Bella said referring to Sam. "He's quite the fighter it's a shame that he's going to lose that,"

"Just keep doing your job Bella, as for Dean here," says Meg. "I'm sure the boss is ready to see him," Meg knelt down and dragged Dean out of the room, and brought him to the office. Pushing the door open she threw Dean's unconscious body on the floor. "Just as you requested sir, Dean is here and I'm letting you take it from here," Meg said and left the room without looking back at her boss. After a couple minutes Dean slowly started to wake only to find that he was laying on a couch. Dean groaned as he held his head, he was slightly dizzy but was able to recover, he looked around the room to see that he was in an office of some kind. Dean tried to use his identifier that was in his left eye to identify where he was but to his shock it wasn't working.

"What the hell?" Dean said in surprise. "Why aren't my bionics working?"

"That might be because the vegastone blocks out all bionics," a voice responded and Dean looked around for the source. A man with graying dark hair and brown hair turned around in his chair locking eyes with him. "Hello Dean," the man said to him.

"Who are you?" Dean said as he stepped away from the couch. "How do you know me?"

"Come now Dean, you don't recognize your own father?" John asked standing up.

"You're lying, my father died the same way my mother died," Dean responded.

"I take it that's what that foul Bobby wants you to think," John answered and by his tone Dean could tell that he had history with Bobby. "He lied to you son, the only person you can trust right now is me,"

"Bullshit," Dean said, trying his best to defend Bobby, but it was starting to wane on him. "All I know is that I was brought to this stupid place and experimented on, if you were really my father you would never do something like that to your own kid, Bobby is the only family I had ever known," John growled at Dean's words and backhanded the young spy.

"Everything I ever did was to make you strong, and here you sit insulting me," John said to him. "I thought I taught you better," Dean winced in pain as he hadn't felt that feeling in a while as he was suddenly brought into a flashback.

"Dad, I'm going to Lisa's house, I'll be back in a bit," said Dean as he started making his way toward the front door.

"Fine but I want you to understand that she doesn't care about you, and you shouldn't get in her way," John spat at him. Dean flinched at his father's words but said nothing. "Be back by dark son," he said in a sweet tone. It was a warning and Dean knew that. Dean had tuned out the insult from his father and just walked out the door. Dean's eyes widened as he looked toward his father as the memories of the abuse flooded back to him.

"What's with the funny face, did your memory finally start working?" John asked.

"You Bastard," Dean said as he used his physical strength to knock John back against his desk. "You keep saying that you only ever tried to make me strong but you've been doing it to every single innocent person including Sam! He doesn't deserve any of this!" John laughed at his son's words, much to Dean's surprise. The older man got up easily and grabbed Dean's wrist forcing him to stand down.

"You never learn do you," John said and pushed Dean onto the ground. "You can't disobey me, I am your father and I can do what I please with you,"

"Do something! I dare you!" Dean exclaimed as he was trying to get up from the floor only to feel a sudden shock spread throughout his body causing him to scream in pain and hold his neck where the dart was shot at. "What the hell did you do to me?" Dean asked panting as the shock stopped and John was now kneeling down by him.

"Let's just say that I'm punishing you for misbehaving," John responded, grabbing Dean's chin. "Now this pain can come to an end if you do as I say,"

"What have you done with Sam?" Dean asked.

"Oh he'll become my greatest weapon yet, I chose special bionics for him," John answered, letting go of Dean's face.

"You can't do this Sam isn't a weapon," Dean defended. John got angry with that response and Dean got shocked again.

"He is what I say he is, now stop all this back talk and join me," John said to him. "I've made you into something extraordinary Dean, all you have to do is agree to my terms,"

"Why would I do something like that?" Dean asked, giving his father a hard glare.

"Because I gave you these abilities and I can take them away," John threatened. "We both know what would happen if lost them for too long,"

"Enlighten me because I don't think I believe you," Dean responded.

"The experiment rewrote your cells son, just like using them too much having them taken away would eventually kill you," John explained. "Now be a good boy and do as I say, you want to save Sam don't you?"

"Yes I do," Dean answered even though he knew that this was wrong.

"Then do exactly as I say," John answered.
